Спосіб виготовлення напою з ядер волоського горіха включає замочування сировини у воді, розмелювання попередньо замоченої сировини та її варіння. Як сировину використовують ядра волоського горіха, які попередньо замочують у воді при співвідношенні горіхи: вода 1:2-1:3 при температурі 18-20 °C протягом 10-12 годин. Розмочені та розмелені горіхи змішують з 1 %-им водним розчином хлориду натрію у співвідношенні 1:5-1:6, а варіння у цьому розчині проводять при температурі 55-60 °C протягом 45-60 хвилин.
