На зберігання закладають колосся, отримане з пагонів, попередньо витриманих у воді впродовж п'яти діб при температурі , після чого вилучене з листової піхви колосся піддають стерилізації, видаляють ості і вміщують у стерильні ємкості з високим рівнем відносної вологості та зберігають впродовж 22-28 діб при температурі .Спосіб дозволяє підвищити ефективність отримання гаплоїдів ячменю ярого у культурі пиляківта збільшити обсяг робіт з гаплоїдизації за рахунок подовження тривалості періоду інокуляції пиляків на штучне живильне середовище.The present invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular plant breeding using biotechnology methods. .
