Abstract

Рентгенівська установка для томосинтезу має дві опозитні вертикальні стійки із спільною вертикальною площиною симетрії, які служать напрямними; каретки, установлені на цих стійках з можливістю підстроювального зворотно-поступального переміщення й фіксації в заданих положеннях і несучі опозитні дугові напрямні, які охоплюють зону розміщення обстежуваного пацієнта, кероване джерело з коліматором і цифровий приймач рентгенівського випромінювання, які опозитно встановлені на дугових напрямних з можливістю керованого односпрямованого синхронного кутового переміщення й оснащені засобами контролю позиціонування; блок керування; блок обробки даних для формування цифрових рентгенівських зображень, підключений на вихід зазначеного приймача; і блок томосинтезу, підключений до блока обробки даних. Це дозволяє забезпечити перпендикулярність геометричної осі рентгенівського пучка до поверхні цифрового приймача рентгенівського випромінювання в будь-якому сеансі діагностичного обстеження вертикально розташованих пацієнтів.The X-ray unit for tomosynthesis has two opposing vertical racks with a common vertical plane of symmetry that serve as guides; carriages mounted on these racks with adjustable reciprocating displacement and fixation in predetermined positions and bearing opposing arc guides covering the patient's placement area, controlled collimator source and digital x-ray emitter, quenched radiation emitter unidirectional synchronous angular displacement and equipped with positioning controls; control unit; a digital data processing unit for forming digital x-ray images connected to the output of the specified receiver; and a tomosynthesis unit connected to the data processing unit. This allows to ensure the perpendicularity of the geometric axis of the x-ray beam to the surface of the digital X-ray receiver in any diagnostic examination session of vertically located patients.
