Abstract
Спосіб сушіння деревини включає застосування осцилювального режиму. Під час сушіння деревини нагрівання відбувається в середовищі перегрітої пари температурою 80-100 °С (в залежності від товщини матеріалу) до досягнення температури всередині матеріалу 65-85 °С. Після цього відбувається охолодження матеріалу до температури 35-55 °С за першим ступенем, далі цикли нагрівання та охолодження повторюють до досягнення вологості висушуваної деревини 30 %. Потім переходять на другий ступінь, при якому амплітуда осциляції становить 20 °С і процес сушіння триває до досягнення вологості матеріалу 25 %. Третій ступінь відбувається за амплітуди 10 °С, а циклічність осцилювання продовжується до 15 % вологості деревини. Після цього переходять на четвертий ступінь, при якому висушують матеріал при постійній температурній дії без осцилювання.The method of drying wood involves the use of oscillating mode.
