Abstract
Група винаходів належить до атомної енергетики і може бути використана при виготовленні тепловиділювальних елементів (твелів) і спорядженні їх в тепловиділювальних агрегатах переважно для водо-водяних енергетичних реакторів типу ВВЕР і РБМК. Спосіб нанесення лакового покриття на поверхню твелів з оболонками з цирконієвих сплавів полягає в тому, що приводять поверхню твелів в контакт з лаком і потім проводять їх сушіння з утворенням лакового покриття на поверхні твела. Для цього твели переміщують в горизонтальному напрямку вздовж власної осі послідовно через зону нанесення лаку і зону сушіння. Змочування циліндричної поверхні твела лаком відбувається в зоні нанесення лаку при проході його через щільно облягаючий еластичний капілярно-пористий елемент, в який подають лак до заповнення ним його пор. Пристрій для нанесення лакового покриття на поверхню твелів містить камеру нанесення лаку і камеру сушіння, які мають співвісні канали для проходу твела, а перед входом в камеру нанесення лаку і після виходу з камери сушіння встановлені приводи для поздовжнього переміщення твелів. Камера нанесення лаку з'єднана із засобом подачі лаку і виконана у вигляді ємності з розташованим в ній еластичним капілярно-пористим елементом, що має канал для проходу твелів. Винахід дозволяє проводити підготовку твелів в безперервному автоматизованому режимі, з високою якістю нанесеного лакового покриття та з мінімальними фінансовими, енергетичними і матеріальними витратами.The group of inventions relates to nuclear power and can be used in the manufacture of fuel elements (fuel rods) and their equipment in the heat-generating units mainly for water-water power reactors type VVER and RBMK. The method of applying a varnish coating on the surface of the fuel rods with zirconium alloy shells is that bring the surface of the fuel rods in contact with the varnish and then carry out their drying with the formation of a varnish coating on the surface of the fuel rod. For this purpose, the fuel rods are moved horizontally along their own axis sequentially through the lacquer application area and the drying zone. Wetting of the cylindrical surface of the fuel rod varnish occurs in the area of application of the varnish as it passes through a tightly fitting elastic capillary-porous element, in which the varnish is fed before filling it with pores. The lacquer coating apparatus comprises a lacquer application chamber and a drying chamber having coaxial channels for the fuel rod passage, and actuators for longitudinal movement of the fuel rods are installed before entering the lacquer application chamber and after leaving the drying chamber. The lacquer application chamber is connected to the lacquer supply means and is made in the form of a container with an elastic capillary-porous element having a channel for the passage of the fuel rods therein. The invention allows the preparation of fuel rods in a continuous automated mode, with high quality of the applied lacquer coating and with minimal financial, energy and material costs.
