Abstract

Винахід належить до медицини, а саме до технології виготовлення біоматеріалів, які використовують як пластичний матеріал при оперативних заміщеннях кісткових дефектів в ортопедії, травматології та інших галузях відновної хірургії. Спосіб виготовлення біоматеріалу із кісткової тканини включає очищення кістки природного походження та її здрібнювання до необхідних розмірів, обробку кісткових фрагментів перекисом водню та сумішшю етанолу із хлороформом, а також стерилізацію та герметизацію, де обробку кісткових фрагментів здійснюють 10 % перекисом водню протягом доби об'ємом розчину до об'єму тканини 5:1 зі зміною розчину 1-2 рази; обробку кісткових фрагментів виконують сумішшю 96 % етанолу із хлороформом в пропорції 1:1 протягом 8 годин та додатково витримують кісткові фрагменти при температурі мінус протягом 20 годин у розчині NaCl з об'ємом розчину до об'єму тканин 5:1, потім протягом 8 годин кісткові фрагменти витримують при температурі мінус в розчині NaHPOоб'ємом розчину до об'єму тканини 5:1, після чого кістковий матеріал витримують у розчині цефтриаксону та 0,9 % NaCl з додаванням диметилсульфоксиду та насичують аскорбіновою кислотою.The invention relates to medicine, namely to the technology of manufacturing biomaterials, which are used as plastic material for surgical replacement of bone defects in orthopedics, traumatology and other fields of restorative surgery. A method of manufacturing bone biomaterial includes purification of bone of natural origin and its crushing to the required size, treatment of bone fragments of hydrogen peroxide and ethanol mixture with chloroform, as well as sterilization and sealing, where the treatment of bone fragments is carried out with 10% peroxide peroxide solution to a tissue volume of 5: 1 with change of a solution 1-2 times; the treatment of bone fragments is performed with a mixture of 96% ethanol with chloroform in a ratio of 1: 1 for 8 hours and additionally kept the bone fragments at a temperature of minus for 20 hours in NaCl solution with a volume of solution to a volume of tissues 5: 1, then for 8 hours the bone fragments were kept at a temperature of minus NaHPO solution by volume of the solution to a tissue volume of 5: 1, after which the bone material was incubated in a solution of ceftriaxone and 0.9% NaCl with the addition of dimethyl sulfoxide and saturated with ascorbic acid.
