Abstract

Винахід стосується систем опалення та водопостачання будівель і споруд. Технічний результат: розширення арсеналу засобів для компенсації відхилення розмірів корпусних деталей кульового крана, проточок в них для установлення кільцевих ущільнень, сполучених з кульовим запірним елементом кульового крана, похибок збирання, а також підвищення строку служби виробу з кульовим запірним елементом за рахунок забезпечення більшої довговічності кільцевих ущільнень. Вузол містить виконану в корпусі 1 або в прикріпленій до нього деталі 5 кільцеву проточку 9, в якій розташований кільцевий ущільнювальний елемент 10, що контактує із зовнішньою поверхнею 11 кульового запірного елемента 2. Проточка 9 виконана в перерізі кутовою і утворена плоскою кільцевою поверхнею 12, сполученою за зовнішнім краєм з циліндричною поверхнею 13 через поглиблення 14, яке простягається в радіальному напрямку до розташування циліндричної поверхні 13. Ущільнювальний елемент 10 має з боку, протилежного боку 15, що контактує з зовнішньою поверхнею 11 кульового запірного елемента 2, плоску кільцеву поверхню 16, сполучену за зовнішнім краєм з циліндричною поверхнею 17, якими ущільнювальний елемент сполучається, відповідно, з плоскою кільцевою 12 і циліндричною 13 поверхнями проточки 9. Поглиблення 14 перекривається плоскою кільцевою поверхнею 16 ущільнювального елемента 10.
