Abstract

Спосіб ремонту за технічним станом та модернізації літаків виконують послідовно в часі в кілька етапів, згідно з якими, на першому етапі проводять приймання авіаційної техніки (AT) в ремонт, на другому етапі проводять об'ємну дефектацію AT, що надійшла в ремонт, при якій застосовують дані щодо індивідуальних ресурсів елементів, відмов і несправностей виробів, виявлених при експлуатації і під час ремонтів, а також статистичні дані, зібрані в базі даних авіаремонтного підприємства, для визначення доцільності того чи іншого методу технічного обслуговування та ремонту складових частин AT, проводять відповідне коректування технологічного циклу ремонту та надсилають дані, отримані під час дефектації AT та відповідним чином систематизовані, до бази даних авіаремонтного підприємства, на третьому етапі проводять розбирання AT за затвердженими переліками робіт відповідно до технології ремонту, при цьому під час розбирання AT і дефектації знімного й незнімного устаткування проводять демонтаж тільки тих елементів, які потребують або додаткової діагностики, або технічного обслуговування, або ремонту за етапом, або капітального ремонту, на четвертому етапі очищають і промивають зняті деталі, вузли, агрегати й весь об'єкт, на п'ятому етапі проводять комплектування виробів за групами з наступною передачею їх у ремонт, з урахуванням того, що устаткування, яке потребує ремонту за станом або капітального ремонту передають на відповідні дільниці для виконання операцій сьомого етапу ремонту, устаткування, що не потребує додаткових операцій, передають безпосередньо, чи через проміжне зберігання на складі, для складання, монтажу й відпрацьовуванню на восьThe method of repair of the technical condition and the modernization of the aircraft is performed sequentially in time in several stages, according to which, in the first stage, the acceptance of aviation equipment (AT) for repair, in the second stage, conduct a volumetric defect AT received in which use data on individual resources of elements, failures and malfunctions of products detected during operation and during repairs, as well as statistics collected in the aircraft repair company database to determine the feasibility of a technical service and repair of AT components, carry out appropriate correction of the technological repair cycle and send the data obtained during AT defect and systematized accordingly, to the aircraft repair company database, in the third stage, disassemble AT according to approved lists of works according to the repair technology, during dismantling of AT and defective of removable and non-removable equipment dismantle only those elements which need either additional diagnostics or maintenance In the fourth stage, cleaned and washed removed parts, units, units and the entire facility, in the fifth stage, complete the products in groups with the subsequent transfer of them to repair, taking into account that, that the equipment requiring repair or overhaul is transferred to the appropriate sites for the performance of operations of the seventh stage of repair, the equipment which does not require additional operations is transferred directly or through intermediate storage in a warehouse, for assembly, installation and working on the axis
