Технічний результат: плавна зміна пластичності покриття при переході від основи через тверді шари до зовнішнього працюючого шару молібдену, після зносу якого зносостійкість покриття в цілому забезпечують тверді наношари, що чергуються, і шар нітриду молібдену.The invention relates to the field of obtaining ion-plasma coatings with wear-resistant and anti-tear properties for working in the friction pairs "aluminum - steel", "aluminum - cast iron" by vacuum arc deposition. Four coatings are claimed, including a molybdenum layer, a layer of molybdenum nitride and molybdenum nanowires, a layer of molybdenum nitride and a molybdenum layer. The technical result: a smooth change in the plasticity of the coating during the transition from the substrate through the solid layers to the outer working layer of molybdenum, after which the wear resistance of the coating as a whole provide a solid alternating nanolayers and a layer of molybdenum nitride.
