Abstract

A method to control bottom heaving in mine workings involves drilling holes in the floor of a working, charging drill holes with destroying substances and rock removal to vehicles. Drill holes are drilled at angle of 100-85 degrees to the plane of the floor of the working with formation of bench by destroying with regard to the shape and size of blocks formed by the cracks. The distance between drilling holes within the same block and the distance between the center of the drilling hole and the nearest boundary of the block is determined by specified dependencies. Drilling holes are charged with non-explosive substance with the addition of components that change the rate of the hydration reaction, in amount sufficient to provide alternate destruction of floor rock in the direction from the slope of floor destruction bench into the depth of massif with a pause of 10-20 minutes.
