Abstract

The invention relates to mining-extraction industry, in particular to increase of calorific value of gas at well gasification of coal seams, and can be used at development of mineral deposits through underground gasification of coal, shale and sulfur seams. Subject of the invention is in separation of output gas mix to burning and ballast gases, increase of calorific value of gas, increase of effectiveness of the process of gas production, decrease of power consumption and decrease of prime cost of product gas. A method for increase of calorific value of gas of underground gasification of solid fuel includes drilling of directional and/or horizontal operation wells from day surface or in mine conditions, with drilling in horizontal section by the seam of solid fuel, mounting in operation wells blast, control pipelines, ignition of the seam of solid fuel, supply of oxidation reagent with control pipeline and supply of the rests of the blast components by well to reaction channel, obtaining gasification products and distribution of those in the surface complex of purification and processing of generator gas, installation of membrane complex and connection of this one with the pipelines and recuperation equipment of the surface generator gas purification and processing complex, separation of gas mix by dimensions of gas molecules separately to burning and ballast gases.
