Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для получения синтез-газа из органических отходов в электрическом плазменном газификаторе и может быть применено в энергетике, химической промышленности, металлургии, коммунальном хозяйстве, экологии. Согласно изобретению в рабочем объёме плазмохимического реактора установлен газовый нагреватель с пористой крупнозернистой средой для предварительного нагрева и низкотемпературной газификации органических отходов при температуре 500-600°С и с последующей подачей минерального и угольного остатков в область действия электрической дуги с температурой на расплаве шлаковой ванны 1400-1600°С для полной газификации углерода с получением высококалорийного синтез-газа, содержащего большое количество Ни СО. Техническим результатом изобретения является уменьшение затрат электрической энергии на 20-25% по сравнению с газификацией в плазмохимическом реакторе без дополнительного газового нагревателя. В газовом нагревателе может использоваться получаемый синтез-газ.The invention relates to a method and device for the production of synthesis gas from organic waste in an electric plasma gasifier and can be applied in the energy sector, chemical industry, metallurgy, utilities, and ecology. The technical result of the invention is to reduce the cost of electrical energy by 20-25% compared with gasification in a plasma-chemical reactor without an additional gas heater. The resulting synthesis gas can be used in a gas heater.
