Abstract
Спосіб діагностики активності запального процесу та загрози прогресування саркоїдозу легень включає проведення загальноклінічних методів обстеження, при якому додатково визначають вміст С-реактивного білка та ІЛ-2 в бронхо-альвеолярному вмісті, та при їх показниках у бронхо-альвеолярному вмісті (28,34±2,45) мг/л і (196,72±8,13) пг/мл відповідно і вище діагностують передумови загрози активації запального процесу та прогресування саркоїдозу у хворих.A method of diagnosing the activity of the inflammatory process and the threat of progression of pulmonary sarcoidosis involves conducting general clinical examination methods, which additionally determine the content of C-reactive protein and IL-2 in the broncho-alveolar content, and at their rates in the broncho-alveolar content (28,34 ± 2 , 45) mg / l and (196,72 ± 8,13) pg / ml respectively and above diagnose the prerequisites for the threat of activation of the inflammatory process and the progression of sarcoidosis in patients.
