Abstract

Спосіб прогнозування рівня захворюваності населення на рак щитоподібної залози залежно від забруднення повітря канцерогенними сполуками включає визначення середньорічних концентрацій забруднюючих атмосферу пріоритетних канцерогенних сполук, аналіз динаміки рівнів забруднення і захворюваності, розрахунок коефіцієнтів кореляції між ними за ідентичними часовими інтервалами і послідовним зміщенням у часі, визначення латентного періоду розвитку онкозахворювання та розрахунку коефіцієнта регресії. Після визначення середньорічних концентрацій пріоритетних канцерогенних сполук - бенз/а/пірену та формальдегіду розраховують показники забруднення для кожної сполуки і сумарно для кожного року спостережень.Method for predicting thyroid cancer incidence depending on air pollution by carcinogenic compounds includes determining average annual concentrations of polluting atmospheres of priority carcinogenic compounds, analyzing dynamics of levels of contamination and morbidity, determining the correlation coefficients of determining the correlation coefficients development of cancer and regression coefficient calculation.
