Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly to the cardiology and cardiac surgery, and relates to a method for evaluating the end-diastolic and end-systolic internal surface area of united functional ventricle. The method comprises the scanning of sections studied by cardiac computed tomography. The resulting images are transmitted in a batch program analysis and image processing, oral segmentation of functionally united ventricle in systole and diastole is performed based on segmented images three-dimensional reconstruction is performed for cavity of functionally sunited ventricle, the resulting three-dimensional model is analyzed and the end-systolic and end-diastolic area functionally united ventricle are determined.
