Abstract

The invention relates to the microbiological purification of water and concerns the starting of once-through multiunit bioreactor (MUBR) for purification of highly concentrated wastewater complex in composition of contaminants. The process for starting of once-through multiunit bioreactor for purification of wastewater comprises contacting of wastewater with native carrier and colonization of last with biocenosis. The colonization of native carrier is carried out simultaneously and separately in each section by biocenosis, formerly separated from one-type sections of operative bioreactor and immobilized on fibrous carrier in a form of biofilm with maximum achieved mass per unit mass of carrier. The mass ratio of carrier with immobilized biocenosis and native carrier is equal to 1: (1-6).
