Abstract
An evaporator contains a vertical housing divided into upper and lower vaporizing chambers, in each of which a bundle of vertical tubes is installed which is secured in upper and lower tube plates, and jackets of tube bundles, an overflow pipe, which connects upper and lower vaporizing chambers, nozzles for supply and discharge of solution, nozzles for supply of heating vapor, discharge of condensate and secondary vapor. As heating agent for upper chamber and supply of vapor inside the heating pipes, the lower vaporizing chamber is equipped with a cylindrical container installed on the upper tube plate with a clearance relative to the lower tube plate of upper vaporizing chamber. The container is equipped with two nozzles and transverse partition installed inside the container between nozzles.
