Abstract

The invention relates to nuclear engineering and can be used for controlling nuclear plant with water-cooled reactor upon changing reactor power or external load. A method for controlling nuclear plant with water-cooled reactor upon changing reactor power or external load provides for maintenance of axial offset in reactor active zone. Upon reduction of reactor power boric acid is added simultaneously to first circuit coolant, and steam pressure is increased in main steam drum and steam generators up to value providing constant temperature of coolant. While reaching given intermediate level of reactor power admission of acid is stopped, and “pure distillate” is fed to the first circuit. After passage of iodine pit maximum boric acid is added. Simultaneously “pure distillate” is fed to the first circuit coolant, the steam pressure in the main steam drum and steam generators is reduced up to value providing constant temperature of coolant. The technical result is in enhanced stability of power density field in the reactor active zone, enhanced service life of fuel cladding, less number of control actions and enhanced reliability of control system when power maneuvering.
