Abstract

A detachable and assembled water filter portable bottle includes five components, namely, a bottle cap, an upper bottle section, a connecting section, a lower bottle section and a filter element. The bottle cap, the upper bottle section, the connecting section and the lower bottle section can be tightly combined in sequence longitudinally, and a special filter element can be placed in the connecting section. In addition, at least one through hole is provided on the side of the connecting section, and a special through hole plug is attached to the through hole to tightly plug the through hole. The bottle cap, the upper bottle section, the connecting section, the lower bottle section and the filter element can be tightly combined into a complete water filter portable bottle; or the bottle cap can be used as a general portable bottle without placing a filter element. When water needs to be filtered, insert the filter element into the joint section, then inject the water to be filtered into the upper bottle section, then pull open the through hole plug so that the air in the lower bottle section can be discharged through this through hole, so that the water in the upper bottle section can smoothly flow through the filter element and then enter the lower bottle section to become filtered water. This new model is a water filter bottle and a portable bottle.

Description

Disassembled and assembled portable water filter bottle

The present invention relates to a portable bottle that is easy to carry, in particular to a detachable and reassembleable water filter bottle that can be combined with filters according to needs.

Generally, there are three filtering modes for portable water filter bottles or water filter devices. The first is the squeeze type: the filter element is set at the mouth of the bottle, and the water in the bottle is squeezed out through the filter element by squeezing the bottle body. The squeezing direction of the bottle body is horizontal, and the bottle body naturally returns to its original shape after the pressure is released; the second is the straw type: the filter element is combined with the straw in the water filter bottle, and the water in the bottle is sucked into the mouth through the filter element (straw) by the force of suction; the third is the natural gravity of water: the filter jug commonly seen in the family kitchen uses the natural gravity of water for filtering, the speed is relatively slow, and it is rarely used as a portable device for going out.

The patent applicant in this case has another related invention patent (I 377086 Water Filter Device), which provides another different water filtration mode. It uses the inner and outer cylinder design to squeeze water through the built-in filter element to filter water, and a conversion mechanism is set at the bottom of the inner cylinder so that the device can be used as a water filter bottle or a general portable bottle. It is an environmentally friendly and plastic-reducing design.

The present invention is a portable water filter bottle. The device is mainly composed of 5 parts, namely, a bottle cap, an upper bottle section, a connecting section, a lower bottle section and a filter element. The upper bottle section and the connecting section are both open at both ends. One end of the upper bottle section is opened upward to connect with the bottle cap, and the other end is opened downward to connect with the connecting section. The two ends of the connecting section are respectively connected with the upper bottle section and the lower bottle section. The lower bottle section has only one end open. The above connection is longitudinal connection. In addition, at least one through hole is provided around (side) the connecting section. The through hole is also provided with a through hole plug to tightly plug the through hole. The connecting section is respectively connected with the upper bottle section and the lower bottle section at the top and bottom. A small distance (space) is specially left between the upper and lower joints. The through hole is set in this space. The filter element can be tightly inserted into the joint section.

When the assembled water filter portable bottle is to be used for filtering water, first open the bottle cap, then inject the water to be filtered into the upper bottle section from the bottle mouth of the upper bottle section, and then pull open the through-hole plug to allow the air in the lower bottle section to be discharged through the through-hole. At this time, the water in the upper bottle section flows through the filter element and enters the lower bottle section due to the natural gravity of water, becoming filtered water. After the water filtering is completed, the through-hole plug needs to be plugged back into the through-hole to prevent the water in the lower bottle section from overflowing through the through-hole. During the water filtering process, (1) the bottle cap needs to be unscrewed and not tightened, so that the water in the upper bottle section can flow down smoothly, and (2) the through-hole plug is pulled open to allow the air in the lower bottle section to be discharged through the through-hole, so that the water flowing through the filter element can continue to flow down into the lower bottle section and become filtered water.

In addition, the new combination structure design allows the upper bottle section and the lower bottle section to be directly combined without relying on the connecting section, so when there is no need for water filtering, the connecting section can be directly removed or only the filter element can be removed to turn the above-mentioned water filter portable bottle into a general portable bottle. When there is a need for water filtering, the connecting section and the filter element can be reconnected.

The new type of water filter portable bottle can also include a flat cover as an accessory, which can replace the placement of the filter element in the connecting section. The flat cover can be tightly inserted into the connecting section, so that the upper bottle section and the lower bottle section are not connected, forming two independent spaces, which can be filled with beverages of different properties. This new type can be used as a water filter bottle or as a multi-purpose portable bottle.

Figure 5 shows the combination modes of the four new embodiments when applied.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , the novel detachable and assembled portable water filter bottle 1 is mainly composed of a bottle cap 11, an upper bottle section 12, a connecting section 13, a lower bottle section 14 and a filter element 15. The bottle cap 11 is detachably assembled to the upper opening of the upper end of the upper bottle section 12, and the upper bottle section 12 is formed with a lower opening at the other end for detachably engaging the connecting section 13. The upper and lower ends of the connecting section 13 are respectively formed with openings that can be connected to the upper bottle section 12 and the lower bottle section 14, so that the connecting section 13 is detachably connected between the upper bottle section 12 and the lower bottle section 14. The lower bottle section 14 is formed with an opening at the upper end that can be engaged with the connecting section 13.

In addition, at least one through hole 131 is opened around (on the side) of the connecting section 13, and a corresponding through hole plug 132 is provided, which can be detachably connected to the through hole 131 to tightly plug the through hole 131. The upper and lower parts of the connecting section 13 are respectively connected to the upper bottle section 12 and the lower bottle section 14, and a small distance (space) is specially reserved between the upper and lower joints. The through hole 131 is set in this space. When the water filter portable bottle 1 is assembled, the through hole 131 can be connected to the space inside the lower bottle section 14. In addition, the material of the through hole plug 132 is elastic and can be tightly connected to the through hole 131 by horizontal insertion.

In this embodiment, the bottle cap 11 and the upper bottle section 12 are combined in a threaded manner, but the actual application is not limited to this combination method, and can also be realized through buckling, snapping, etc.; similarly, in this embodiment, the upper bottle section 12 and the connecting section 13, and the connecting section 13 and the lower bottle section 14 are also combined in a threaded manner, but in practice they are not limited to this combination method.

Please refer to the left figure of Figure 2. In this embodiment, the outer periphery of the filter element 15 is coated with an elastic material (such as elastic materials such as silicone and rubber), and is tightly combined with the connecting section 13 in a sleeve manner. The elasticity can be used to tightly position the filter element 15 in the connecting section 13 to form a connecting section assembly 1315 with the filter element 15. Although the filter element 15 and the connecting section 13 in this embodiment are tightly combined in a sleeve manner, according to the creative concept of the present invention, the combination method of the filter element 15 and the connecting section 13 is not limited to this.

Please refer to Figures 2 and 4. The water filter portable bottle 1 of the present embodiment also includes a sub-component - a flat cover 16, which can be used as an accessory to provide multiple implementation and application modes. The flat cover 16 can be inserted into the above-mentioned connecting section 13 to replace the placement position of the filter element 15, and can separate the upper bottle section 12 and the lower bottle section 14 into two independent spaces that are not connected to each other and can be injected with beverages of different properties. Please refer to Figures 2 and 4, in which the flat cover 16 is inserted into the connecting section 13 and marked as a flat cover/connecting section 1316 assembly.

The novel water filter portable bottle 1 can be used as a water filter bottle or a general portable bottle, respectively as follows:

1. When the water filter bottle is used to filter water: please refer to Figures 1 and 3. First, all the components (including the filter element 15) are assembled as the portable water filter bottle 1 in Figure 1, and then the bottle cap 11 is unscrewed and removed, and then the water 17 to be filtered is injected into the upper bottle section 12, and then the through-hole plug 132 on the side of the connecting section 13 is pulled away from the through-hole 131. At this time, the air in the lower bottle section 14 can be discharged through the through-hole 131, so that the water 17 to be filtered in the upper bottle section 12 can smoothly flow through the filter element 15 and then flow into the lower bottle section 14 to become filtered water 18. When water filtration is in progress, do not tighten the bottle cap 11 first. When the water level in the lower bottle section 14 is close to the upper edge of the lower bottle section 14, plug the through hole plug 132 back into the through hole 131 to prevent the filtered water 18 from overflowing out of the bottle through the through hole 131. Tighten the bottle cap 11 after the water filtration is completed. When you want to drink the filtered water 18, you must detach the lower bottle section 14 from the filtered water portable bottle 1 before drinking. The through hole 131 in the figure of this embodiment has two holes, and the corresponding through hole plug 132 also has two protruding points to tightly plug into the through hole 131 respectively. When filtering water, both protrusions can be pulled away together or only one protrusion can be pulled away, so that the through-hole plug 132 and the connecting section 13 can still be connected together.

2. Use as a general portable bottle: Please refer to Figure 2, Figure 4, and Figure 5. Figure 5 shows four combination modes, A, B, C, and D. Except for combination A, which is a water filter portable bottle 1, combination B 2, combination C 3, and combination D 4 are all used as portable bottles. Combination B 2 replaces the filter element 15 with a flat cap 16, so that the upper bottle section 12 and the lower bottle section 14 can be separated and filled with different beverages. Combination C 3 only removes the filter element 15 or flat cap 16 in the connecting section 13, so that the upper bottle section 12, the connecting section 13, and the lower bottle section 14 can pass through without obstruction. Combination D 4 removes the connecting section 13, so that the three parts of the bottle cap 11, the upper bottle section 12, and the lower bottle section 14 can be assembled.

The above is only a reference to the examples of various implementation modes of this new type. The specific forms are not limited to this. Any extension, modification, simple change or equivalent replacement made based on the technical means of this new type should also fall within the scope of the patent application of this new type.

Claims (2)

A detachable and assembled water filter portable bottle comprises a bottle cap, an upper bottle section and a lower bottle section, wherein the bottle cap can be detachably assembled with the upper opening of the upper bottle section, the upper bottle section is provided with a lower opening at one end away from the bottle cap, and the lower bottle section is provided with an opening at the upper end; the water filter portable bottle also comprises a bottle cap for connecting to the upper bottle section. The connecting section is a connecting section between the upper bottle section and the lower bottle section and a filter element disposed in the connecting section. The upper end of the connecting section can be detachably combined with the lower opening of the upper bottle section, and the lower end can be detachably combined with the opening of the lower bottle section. The connecting section is provided with at least one through hole that can communicate with the internal space of the lower bottle section and a through hole plug that can be tightly plugged into the through hole on one side. The detachable and assembled water filter portable bottle as described in claim 1, wherein the water filter portable bottle also includes a flat cover for replacing the filter core, the flat cover can be tightly fixed in the joint section and replace the placement position of the filter core to separate the space inside the upper bottle section and the lower bottle section.
