Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump mechanism capable of being incorporated even in a small container to provide an inexpensive dripping container which is combined with a delamination container, excellent in operationality, highly hygienic without ingress of the open air into a container body, and highly productive. <P>SOLUTION: The dripping container consists of the blow-molded container body including an outer layer and an inner layer peelable from the outer layer laminated on the internal surface of the outer layer and formed with an intake on the outer layer portion, and a pouring cylinder formed as a topped cylinder with a pouring port formed on the top and having a squeeze tube deformable by squeezing and restorably flexible at the approximately center height position with the lower end to be tightly fitted with the upper end of the container body for securing. 本発明は、滴下容器、特には容器内部へ外部の空気を進入させることなく内容物の注出が可能な目薬用容器等の小型の滴下容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
たとえば、目薬等の薬品を収納する容器においては、容器の胴部を指で押圧して、少量づつを注出、あるいは滴下する容器が多く用いられているが、滴下を終わって押圧状態を解除すると、胴部が弾性的にもとの形状に戻り、その結果として外部の空気が容器内部に進入し、空気中に存在する異物や雑菌が内容液に混入してしまうという問題があった。

このような問題を解決するための方法として、たとえば特開平4−297264号公報、特開平6−14972号公報には、内容液の吐出流路内にフィルターを付設する方法、また実開昭63−183047には容器の末端部が扁平化された形状もしくは偏平状態に折り畳み可能にして、容器の容積が内容液の減少にしたがって減少するようにし、外部の空気の進入を抑制する方法についての記述が有る。

さらに、外部の空気を進入させない方法として、特開平10−180853には外層とこの外層に剥離自在に積層された内層からなり、内容物が減少した分、内層が外層から剥離しながら萎み変形し、外層と内層との間隙に外部空気を導入する積層容器、通常デラミ容器と称される容器についての記述が有る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、吐出流路内にフィルターを付設する方法は、フィルターの目詰まり、あるいはフィルターの部分で雑菌が繁殖する等の問題があり、実開昭63−183047の末端部を偏平化する方法は、主としてたとえば歯磨き用チューブ等に用いられるものを応用しようとするものであり、使用上の利便性、外観上の問題があった。

また、特開平10−180853の容器はたとえばシャンプー等を収納して口部にディスペンサーポンプを付けて使用するものであるが、目薬等の滴下容器への内容液を注出するためのポンプ機構の採用は、大きさの点からまた、費用の点から実際上は困難であった。

本発明は上記した従来の技術の問題点を解消すべく創案されたものであり、特には安価に、小型容器でも実現可能なポンプ機構の創出を技術的課題とし、もってデラミ容器と組み合わせ、操作性に優れ、外気の容器本体内部への進入がなく衛生面で優れ、生産性が高く、安価な滴下容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決するための本発明のうち、請求項1記載の手段は、
外層の内面にこの外層から剥離可能な内層を積層してなり、外層部分に吸気部を形成したブロー成形容器本体と、
頂部に注出口を形成した有頂円筒状であり、略中央高さ位置にスクイズ変形可能で復元自在な可撓性を有したスクイズ筒部を有し、下端部を容器本体の上端部に密に嵌合して組付き固定する注出筒体と、からなり
容器本体と注出筒体とを組み立てた状態で、容器本体の上部から下流側である注出口に至る流動通路が形成され、
スクイズ筒部の下方および上方にそれぞれ位置し、この流動通路を開閉する、第1逆止弁部および第2逆止弁部を配置する構成とした、滴下容器。

請求項1記載の上記構成の滴下容器は、容器本体の上部に有頂円筒状の注出筒体が密に嵌合した状態となり、容器本体の内部から下流側である注出口に至る内容物の流動通路が形成さる。

また、注出筒体の略中央高さ位置には、変形可能で復元自在な可撓性を有したスクイズ筒部があり、その下方および上方部分に、それぞれ、下流側から上流側への逆流を阻止する機能を有した第1逆止弁部および第2逆止弁部を配置した構成であり、このスクイズ筒部と第1逆止弁部および第2逆止弁部により、容器本体内の内容物を注出口に向かって流動させる小型で、軽量で、成形および組み立てが容易で安価なポンプを構成することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1〜5は本発明の滴下容器の一実施例を示すものであり、容器本体1、外装筒22に頂板23および軸体24を連接した中栓体21、注出筒体31、第1逆止弁部41および第2逆止弁部45の5つの部材から構成されており、各部材はそれぞれ合成樹脂から形成される。

容器本体1は外層2と内層3とから形成される2層積層円筒状のパリソンを割り金型内でブロー成形して得られたものであり、外殻を形成する外層2と、この外層2に剥離可能に積層した内層3から形成された積層容器であり、胴部7の上に肩部6を介して短円筒状の口部5が形成されている。たとえば外層をポリプロピレン樹脂、内層をこのポリプロピレン樹脂に対する相溶性が低いナイロン樹脂とすることにより、外層と内層の剥離性を達成することができる。
