Abstract

織襪主要是由表紗、底紗及橡膠紗所編織而成,並可分為兩類,分別如圖1和圖2所示。在圖1中,織襪10主要可分成五個部分:襪口部11、襪身部12、襪跟部13、前襪掌部14與後襪掌部15。其中,織襪10的每一部分皆由表紗和底紗所編織而成。並且,除了襪跟部13外,其他部位均具有橡膠紗的編織。
請參照圖2,圖2展示了另一種常見的織襪20。織襪20同樣分成五個部分:襪口部21、襪身部22、襪跟部23、前襪掌部24與後襪掌部25。其中,織襪20的每一部分皆由表紗和底紗所編織而成,且襪口部21和後襪掌部25具有橡膠紗的編織。
此外,使用者在運動時通常會穿著較厚的織襪,因為較厚的織襪可以提供較佳的包覆。然而,若織襪過厚且天氣較熱時,使用者的腳容易感到悶熱,從而導致不適。而且,織襪的厚度僅提供包覆性,無法防護因運動時腳踝過度扭動所產生的傷害。
另外,在高強度運動中,如果穿著的襪子不具有上下擺動的緩衝力,運動的穩定性和靈活性必然會受到影響,進而降低整體運動表現。並且,腳踝和膝蓋的受傷風險也會增加。
因此,如何設計一種具有優異的腳踝保護功能及良好緩衝力之織襪,便是本領域具有通常知識者值得去思量地。

請參照圖3與圖4,圖3所繪示為本新型之足踝支撐機能襪100,圖4所繪示為本新型之足踝支撐機能襪100的應用實施例。本新型的足踝支撐機能襪100主要是由表紗、底紗、與天然橡膠紗或合成橡膠紗所編織而成。足踝支撐機能襪100是包括一襪口部110、一襪身部120、一前襪跟部131、一後襪跟部132、一前襪掌部140、一後襪掌部150及一毛圈狀組織160。足踝支撐機能襪100的每一部分皆是由表紗和底紗所編織而成。在本實施例中,足踝支撐機能襪100的表紗例如由棉紗所編織而成。
並且,除了前襪跟部131及後襪跟部132之外,足踝支撐機能襪100的其他部位還有使用天然橡膠紗或合成橡膠紗進行編織。更具體來說,足踝支撐機能襪100的襪口部110、襪身部120、前襪掌部140及後襪掌部150是經由表紗、底紗及天然橡膠紗或合成橡膠紗所編織而成,且前襪跟部131及後襪跟部132是不含天然橡膠紗或合成橡膠紗。
此外,襪身部120是與襪口部110相連接,且襪身部120的底紗是以尼龍紗所編織而成,或是以尼龍紗及彈性纖維包紗所混合編織而成。
請參閱圖3,前襪掌部140是連接後襪掌部150及前襪跟部131。更詳細來說,前襪掌部140的位置位於後襪掌部150及前襪跟部131之間。
另外,襪口部110、前襪跟部131及後襪跟部132的底紗接是由彈性纖維包紗編織而成。因此,襪口部110、前襪跟部131及後襪跟部132能提供更好的彈性和貼合性,增加了襪子的舒適性和穩定性,有助於在運動中保持襪子的位置並減少滑動,從而提供額外的支撐和保護。
請參閱圖3,後襪掌部150是連接襪身部120,並且,後襪跟部132是同時連接襪身部120及後襪掌部150。後襪掌部150的底紗是由尼龍紗編織而成,或由尼龍紗及彈性纖維包紗混合編織而成。需注意的是,後襪掌部150及襪身部120所包覆的位置涵蓋使用者後腳跟的關節。
在本實施例中,後襪掌部150及襪身部120還會經過加熱處理,加熱處理的溫度範圍為45℃至150℃,較佳溫度範圍為45℃至95℃。由於襪身部120與後襪掌部150的底紗是由尼龍紗編織而成,或由尼龍紗及彈性纖維包紗混合編織而成,因此,襪身部120與後襪掌部150在經過加熱處理後,其底紗會變得更加緊密。這樣一來,當使用者穿上足踝支撐機能襪100後,後腳跟的關節會被襪身部120與後襪掌部150緊密包覆和束縛。因此,當使用者在運動時,踝關節便較不容易受傷。
在本實施例中,襪身部120與後襪掌部150的底紗是用尼龍紗或由尼龍紗及彈性纖維包紗混合編織而成。然而,在其他的實施例中,本領域具有通常知識者也可使用聚酯紗,或聚酯紗及彈性纖維包紗的混紗來編織襪身部120與後襪掌部150的底紗。由於聚酯紗在經過加熱冷卻處理後也具有收縮效果,因此同樣能達到保護使用者後腳跟關節的效果。
此外,毛圈狀組織160是覆蓋住部分的襪身部120與部分的後襪掌部150。在本實施例中,毛圈狀組織160與襪身部120及後襪掌部150幾乎是結合為一體。因此,使用者在穿著足踝支撐機能襪100時,毛圈狀組織160有助於提供上下擺動的緩衝力,從而提升運動時移動的穩定性和靈活性,提高整體運動表現。此外,腳踝和膝蓋的受傷風險也會降低。
在本實施例中,足踝支撐機能襪100例如為短襪,但本領域具有通常知識者也可以將足踝支撐機能襪100設計成長襪。並且,足踝支撐機能襪100主要是由表紗、底紗及天然橡膠紗或合成橡膠紗所編織而成。然而,在其他實施例中,本領域具有通常知識者也可選擇不使用天然橡膠紗或合成橡膠紗,而僅使用表紗和底紗來進行足踝支撐機能襪100的編織。
綜上所述,本實施例之足踝支撐機能襪100具有優異的腳踝保護功能及良好緩衝力,有助於使用者的腳踝和膝蓋降低受傷的風險。
