Abstract
一種水果切片裝置,包括有底部承接座、下刀片、上刀片、上刀片固定塊、握持施力塊及固鎖螺絲所組成。本創作主要是解決切削圓形水果時,無法將其穩固置放於桌面上,因而造成切削完後水果切片之大小不均,甚至於亦有可能在切削過程中,因水果之滾動而產生手指切傷之情況發生。而本裝置可透過置放於底部承接座內之下刀片,來定位並固定水果,再透過施力於握持施力塊,進而帶動上刀片固定塊向下移動,而此時置放於上刀片固定塊內之上刀片,及置放於底部承接座內之下刀片,兩者之相對運動,將會對水果產生切削之作用,如此不僅可完成大小均勻之水果切片,同時因切削動作皆發生於底部承接座內,所以亦不會有產生手指切傷之情況發生,因此當可解決上述之困擾。 A fruit slicing device includes a bottom receiving seat, a lower blade, an upper blade, an upper blade fixing block, a gripping force block and a locking screw. 而針對上述問題,雖已有多家業者開發出多種水果切片器 (專利編號M583366,M367079,M359296,M354502,M367077),然大都是以固定之放射刀片來切削水果,使切下來的水果片能產生大小一致的效果。但上述之裝置在使用時,其切削刀握把是懸在空中,再由使用者目視判斷而壓切水果,所以切削刀握把是否隨時保持水平,是否有對正水果之中心線,或是當使用者在向下施力過程中,左右手之施力程度是否平均,這些都是會導致水果切片的外觀形狀不良不可知的變數。同時在切削的過程中,果汁汁液容易隨意噴濺,特別是在處理較多量的水果後,汁液影響周圍環境的程度越大,反而增加整理上的困擾。 In response to the above problems, although many companies have developed various fruit slicers (patent numbers M583366, M367079, M359296, M354502, M367077), most of them use fixed radial blades to cut fruits so that the cut fruit slices can produce the effect of uniform size. 本創作係一種水果切片裝置,包括有底部承接座、下刀片、上刀片、上刀片固定塊、握持施力塊及固鎖螺絲所組成。本創作主要是解決切削圓形水果時,無法將其穩固置放於桌面上,因而造成切削完後水果切片之大小不均,甚至於亦有可能在切削過程中,因水果之滾動而產生手指切傷之情況發生。而本裝置可透過置放於底部承接座內之下刀片,來定位並固定水果,以解決切削過程中水果滾動的問題。上刀片固定塊之導引凸件配合底部承接座之導引槽滑動,可控制施力於握持施力塊做切削時之左右平衡,進而帶動上刀片固定塊向下均衡移動,而此時置放於上刀片固定塊內之上刀片,及置放於底部承接座內之下刀片,兩者之相對運動,將會對水果產生切削之作用,而完成大小均勻之水果切片。同時因切削動作皆發生於底部承接座內,所以亦不會有產生手指切傷及水果汁液四處噴灑之情況發生,因此當可解決上述之困擾。 This invention is a fruit slicing device, which includes a bottom receiving seat, a lower blade, an upper blade, an upper blade fixing block, a gripping force block and a locking screw.
