Abstract

A storage box side table set includes a box body and at least one table frame set, each table frame set is detachably connected to one side of the box body, each table frame set includes a fastener set protruding from one side of the box body, a support plate detachably snapped to the fastener set, a bracket set detachably connected to the support plate, and a table board set detachably mounted on the top of the bracket set. The table frame set can be mounted on one side of the box body to form a storage platform to increase the area for placing items, and can be removed for storage, so that the user can carry it for use when going out.

Description

Storage Box Side Table Set

The invention relates to a storage box which can be used to store articles, such as camping equipment, water and electricity equipment, or woodworking tools, etc., and in particular to a storage box table set which can be installed on the side of the storage box and is convenient for users to place articles.

When people go out for a picnic or camping, they usually need to bring their own camping gear to make it easier for them to rest or place their belongings outdoors.

However, if you travel by motorcycle instead of by car, the size of the storage box that can be installed on the rear of the motorcycle is limited, and the internal storage space is limited, so it is not convenient to bring a camping table with you. If there are no tables and chairs at the picnic or camping site, there is often no suitable platform space to place items. Even if the items can be temporarily placed on the top of the storage box, the area that can be placed is not large and cannot meet people's needs.

In addition, when performing plumbing or carpentry work, there is often no suitable place to place tools or items, causing inconvenience during construction.

Therefore, providing a table that is easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient to store, and easy to carry is a problem to be solved.

In view of this, the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a storage box side table set, which can be connected to the side of the storage box to increase the area for placing items, and is easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient to store, and easy to carry.

In one embodiment, the support plate includes a plurality of buckle slots, and the plurality of fasteners of the fastener assembly are buckled in the plurality of buckle slots respectively.

In one embodiment, the bottom end of each buckle slot forms an opening and extends obliquely upward.

In one embodiment, the bracket assembly is a foldable bracket assembly.

In one embodiment, the bracket assembly includes a plurality of detachably connected rods and at least one elastic rope connected to the plurality of rods.

In one embodiment, the bracket assembly includes a plurality of legs extending downward, and each leg extends out of the bottom surface of the box.

In one embodiment, the bracket assembly includes two connecting rods, two joints, two legs, and a cross bar. The two connecting rods are detachably connected to the opposite ends of the support plate, the two joints are detachably connected to one end of the two connecting rods away from the support plate, the two legs are detachably connected to the two joints and extend downward, the opposite ends of the cross bar are connected to the two joints, and each connecting rod is connected to its corresponding joint and leg by an elastic rope.

In one embodiment, the box body includes a cover body that can be flipped backwards, and the at least one table frame assembly includes two table frame assemblies respectively connected to opposite sides of the box body.

By utilizing the above-mentioned technical features, the table frame assembly can be assembled on one side of the box to form a storage platform, thereby increasing the area for placing items. When not in use, the components of the table frame assembly can be disassembled one by one for storage, or can be stored in the box, making it convenient for users to carry it out for use.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, a first preferred embodiment of the storage box side table set of the present invention includes a box body 10 and a table frame set 20, the table frame set 20 is detachably connected to one side of the box body 10, and the table frame set 20 includes a fastener set 25, a support plate 30, a bracket set 40, and a table board set 50.

Please refer to Figures 2, 3, and 6. The fastener assembly 25 includes a plurality of fasteners 251 protruding from one side of the box body 10 and arranged at intervals. Each fastener 251 is fixed to one side of the box body 10. Each fastener 251 can also be detachably installed on the box body 10, allowing the user to choose one side of the box body 10 on which each fastener 251 is protruding.

Please refer to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 , the support plate 30 is detachably buckled on the fastener assembly 25 , the support plate 30 includes a plurality of buckle slots 32 , and the plurality of fasteners 251 of the fastener assembly 25 are buckled in the plurality of buckle slots 32 , respectively. The bottom end of each buckle slot 32 forms an opening and extends upward obliquely. During installation, the openings at the bottom ends of the plurality of buckle slots 32 can be aligned with the plurality of fasteners 251, and the support plate 30 can be relatively moved downward to make the plurality of fasteners 251 snap into the plurality of buckle slots 32, and the top ends of the plurality of buckle slots 32 can be relatively moved to snap with the plurality of fasteners 251. Since each buckle slot 32 extends upward obliquely, the support plate 30 can be prevented from being directly moved upward and separated from the plurality of fasteners 251. Further, please refer to Figures 4 and 8, the support plate 30 can include a plurality of hanging holes 342, 344, and a hook or buckle ring is provided to facilitate users to hang items.

Please refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5. The bracket assembly 40 is detachably connected to the support plate 30. The bracket assembly 40 can be a foldable bracket assembly or a detachable bracket assembly, which is convenient for users to store. The bracket assembly 40 includes a plurality of detachably connected rods and at least one elastic rope 45 connected to the plurality of rods. When the rods are separated, the elastic rope 45 connected to the inside of the rods can prevent the rods from being scattered everywhere, and the elastic rope 45 can be used to provide elastic tension to help the separated rods to be easily assembled into the bracket assembly 40. After the rods are assembled to the position, the tensioning force is provided to prevent loosening and improve the stability of the connection.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5 , in a first preferred embodiment, the bracket assembly 40 includes two connecting rods 41, two joints 42, a crossbar 43, and two legs 44. The two connecting rods 41 are detachably connected to the opposite ends of the support plate 30. Each connecting rod 41 is connected to the support plate 30 by a locking member 35. The locking member 35 includes a fixing seat 351 and a nut 352. The fixing seat 351 is fixed to the support plate 30. 30, one end of the connecting rod 41 extends into the fixing seat 351, the nut 352 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the connecting rod 41 and is threadedly connected to the fixing seat 351, the fixing seat 351 may include a groove and a claw formed on the outer periphery of the groove, the connecting rod 41 extends into the groove, and when the nut 352 is screwed on the fixing seat 351, the claw can be forced to press against the peripheral wall of the connecting rod 41, thereby fixing the connecting rod 41 to the support plate 30.

The two joints 42 are detachably connected to the ends of the two connecting rods 41 away from the support plate 30. The two legs 44 are detachably connected to the two joints 42 and extend downward to stand on the ground. Each connecting rod 41 and its corresponding leg 44 are perpendicular to each other. The opposite ends of the crossbar 43 are connected to the two joints 42 and supported between the two connecting rods 41. The joint 42 has a first socket 44. 21. A second socket 422 and a third socket 423. The first socket 421, the second socket 422, and the third socket 423 are perpendicular to each other. The connecting rod 41 is detachably inserted into the first socket 421, the supporting leg 44 is detachably inserted into the third socket 423, and the cross bar 43 is inserted into the second socket 422, so that the connecting rod 41, the cross bar 43, and the supporting leg 44 are perpendicular to each other. Furthermore, the first socket 421 and the third socket 423 are connected, and an elastic rope 45 can be inserted into the connecting rod 41, the first socket 421 of the joint 42, the third socket 423, and the support leg 44, and the opposite ends of the elastic rope 45 are fixed to the connecting rod 41 and the support leg 44 respectively, so as to prevent the connecting rod 41 and the support leg 44 from being removed from the joint 42. After being assembled, the bracket assembly 40 is dispersed in four places and can be folded. The elastic tension of the elastic rope 45 can drive the connecting rod 41 and the supporting leg 44 to expand relative to each other, and can be easily inserted into the connecting piece 42, and provide a stable pulling force after being assembled, and is not easy to separate. In addition, the two connecting pieces 42 can be fixed at the opposite ends of the cross bar 43 respectively, so that the bracket assembly 40 can be folded into the state shown in FIG. 5.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The table top assembly 50 can be detachably installed on the top of the bracket assembly 40. The table top assembly 50 can include at least one table top 51. The at least one table top 51 is mounted on the two connecting rods 41 to form a desktop on which items can be placed. The table top assembly 50 can include a plurality of table tops 51 arranged in sequence for easy storage and carrying.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, and Figure 7. The box 10 includes a cover 12 that can be flipped backwards. The table frame set 20 can be connected to the left or right side of the box 10 without hindering the user from opening the cover 12, so that the user can easily take out the items in the box 10 and place them on the table frame set 20. Please refer to Figure 9. The storage box side table set can include two table frame sets 20 respectively connected to the opposite sides of the box 10, so as to increase the table surface for placing items without hindering the normal use of the box 10.

Please refer to FIG. 10 , the table frame assembly 20A can also be a long table frame assembly, which has a long bracket assembly 40A and a table board assembly 50A installed on the top of the bracket assembly 40A and having a plurality of table boards 51, thereby providing a larger area for placing items.

Please refer to Figure 11. The bracket assembly 40B of the table frame assembly 20B can have a plurality of longer legs 44B, each leg 44B extends out of the bottom surface of the box 10 and stands on the ground. The legs 44B of appropriate length can be selected as needed, or each leg 44B can be a rod with adjustable length. The user can use the box 10 directly without removing it from the rear of the motorcycle.

By utilizing the above-mentioned technical features, the table frame set 20, 20A, 20B is assembled on one side of the box body 10 to form a storage platform, which increases the area for placing items. When not in use, the components of the table frame set 20, 20A, 20B can be disassembled one by one for storage, or can be stored in the box body 10, which is convenient for users to carry and use when going out.

Claims (10)

A storage box side table set, comprising: a box body; and at least one table frame set, each table frame set is detachably connected to one side of the box body, and each table frame set comprises: a fastener set, the fastener set comprises a plurality of fasteners protruding from one side of the box body and arranged at intervals; a support plate, the support plate is detachably fastened to the fastener set; a bracket set, the bracket set is detachably connected to the support plate; and a table plate set, the table plate set is detachably mounted on the top of the bracket set. A storage box side table set as described in claim 1, wherein the support plate includes a plurality of buckle grooves, and the plurality of fasteners of the fastener set are respectively snapped into the plurality of buckle grooves. As described in claim 2, the bottom end of each buckle slot forms an opening and extends upwardly at an angle. A storage box side table set as described in claim 3, wherein the support plate includes a plurality of hanging holes. A storage box side table set as described in claim 1, wherein each fastener can be detachably mounted on the box body. A storage box side table set as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bracket set is a foldable bracket set. A storage box side table set as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bracket assembly includes a plurality of detachably connected rods and at least one elastic rope connected to the plurality of rods. A storage box side table set as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bracket set includes a plurality of downwardly extending legs, and each leg extends out of the bottom surface of the box body. A storage box side table set as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bracket set includes two connecting rods, two joints, two legs, and a cross bar, the two connecting rods are respectively detachably connected to the opposite ends of the support plate, the two joints are respectively detachably connected to one end of the two connecting rods away from the support plate, the two legs are respectively detachably connected to the two joints and extend downward, the opposite ends of the cross bar are respectively detachably connected to the two joints, and each connecting rod is connected to its corresponding joint and leg by an elastic rope. A storage box side table set as described in claim 1, wherein the box body includes a cover body that can be flipped backwards, and the at least one table frame set includes two table frame sets respectively connected to opposite sides of the box body.
