Specifically, the management device 120 of the present disclosure can install and execute an application corresponding to the cargo weighing management system 100. After the management device 120 executes the application, it can be combined with the weight sensing device 110 and the printing device 130 to implement the cargo weighing management method of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 2 , first, in step S210, the management device 120 receives the verification information and generates an input interface for the verification information. In some embodiments, the input interface may be any graphical input interface. In some embodiments, the management device 120 may include a display (not shown) and display the graphical input interface on the display. In some embodiments, the verification information may include a user's verification identifier, a verification password, or a combination of the two. In some embodiments, the management device 120 may further include an input circuit (not shown) and may receive the user's verification information through the input circuit. In some embodiments, the input circuit may be a keyboard, a mouse, a touch panel, a near-field communication (NFC) sensing circuit, or a radio frequency (RF) sensing circuit. In some embodiments, the management device 120 may perform identity authentication based on the authentication information to generate an input interface corresponding to the user's authentication identifier.

For example, when a user who manages food inputs the verification identifier and verification password of the user who manages food through the input circuit, the management device 120 can generate an input interface for food management according to the verification identifier. In another example, when a user who manages waste inputs the verification identifier and verification password of the user who manages waste through the input circuit, the management device 120 can generate an input interface for waste management according to the verification identifier. By generating different input interfaces for users with different identities or different purposes, the cargo weighing management system 100 disclosed in the present disclosure can effectively classify and manage cargo information detected by the weight sensing device 110.

In some other embodiments, the cargo weighing management system 100 may further include a verification device 140. The verification device 140 may be connected to the management device 120 to verify the user's identity to generate verification information and transmit the verification information to the management device 120. In some embodiments, the verification device 140 may be an edge device, a near field communication sensing circuit, or a radio frequency sensing circuit.

In step S220, the weight sensing device 110 detects the weight of the object to be detected and transmits the weight of the object to the input interface. In other words, when the user detects the weight of the object to be detected by the weight sensing device 110, the weight sensing device 110 transmits the detected weight of the object to the management device 120, so that the management device 120 displays the weight of the object in the input interface generated in step S210. In some embodiments, the object to be detected can be any object measured by the user (for example, pork, apples, nails or waste, etc.). In some embodiments, the input interface may include an input field for receiving the weight of the object to be detected.

The following is an actual example of an input interface receiving an item weight. Referring to FIG. 3 , FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a graphical input interface 300 in some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 3 , when the management device 120 receives verification information, the management device 120 may provide a graphical input interface 300 corresponding to the verification information, so as to receive and display the above-mentioned item weight through the input interface 300. In this embodiment, the input interface 300 has input fields 301 to 303. The input field 301 is used to display the item weight (i.e., 21.15 kg) received by the input interface 300. In addition, the input interface 300 receives the item type (i.e., sample) and the manufacturer (i.e., Polit) of the test object input by the user through input fields 302 to 303. In some embodiments, the management device 120 can accept the user's input for the input fields 302-303 through a built-in input circuit. In some embodiments, the management device 120 can wirelessly receive the user's input through a wireless transmission module and directly display the user's input in the input fields 302-303.

The input interface 300 also provides a display field 304 to display the currently weighed test object (i.e., sample). In addition, the input interface 300 further has option icons 305-306. Option icon 305 is used for the user to confirm that the product is to be placed in the warehouse. Option icon 306 is used for the user to confirm that the product is to be taken out of the warehouse.

By using the option icons 305-306, the cargo weighing management system 100 can be combined with the weight sensing device 110 to achieve efficient cargo management. For example, in FIG. 3, the weight of the first cargo measured by the weight sensing device 110 is 21.15 kg. When the user presses the option icon 305 (i.e., warehouse entry) on the input interface 300, the cargo weighing management system 100 knows that 21.15 kg of the first cargo is to be put into the warehouse, and thus the weight of the first cargo in the warehouse can be increased by 21.15 kg; conversely, when the user presses the option icon 306 (i.e., warehouse exit) on the input interface 300, the cargo weighing management system 100 knows that 21.15 kg of the first cargo is to be taken out of the warehouse, and thus the weight of the first cargo in the warehouse can be reduced by 21.15 kg. Thereby, the management device 120 can realize the weighing function of goods.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the management device 120 may set a unit weight, and calculate the count quantity of the test object according to the unit weight and the object weight (e.g., how many units of pork or how many nails there are in total), so as to record and display on the input interface, wherein the count quantity indicates the number of unit items in the test object. In some embodiments, the unit weight is the weight of the unit item (e.g., the weight of a unit of pork is 100 grams or the weight of a single nail is 1 gram).

The following is an actual example of an input interface recording count quantity. Referring to FIG. 4 , FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of an input interface 400 in other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 4 , when a user sets a unit weight by means of the management device 120 , the management device 120 may provide an input interface 400 to receive the unit weight. In the present embodiment, the input interface 400 has input fields 401 to 406. The input field 401 is used to receive the unit weight entered by the user (i.e., the weight of the unit test object is 0.1 kg). The input fields 402 to 403 are used to receive the object weight of the test object (i.e., 1.0 kg). The management device 120 calculates the count quantity (i.e., 10) of the test object according to the unit weight and the object weight, and records and displays it in the input field 404. Input fields 405-406 are used to receive the type of the test object (i.e., apple) and the manufacturer of the test object (i.e., Polit) input by the user. The input interface 400 provides a display field 407 to display the test object (i.e., apple) currently being weighed. In addition, the input interface 400 further has option icons 408-409. Option icon 408 is used for the user to confirm that the product is to be placed in the warehouse. Option icon 409 is used for the user to confirm that the product is to be taken out of the warehouse. In this way, the management device 120 can realize the counting function of the goods.

Returning to FIG. 2 , in step S230 , the management device 120 obtains the item information from the input interface and transmits it to the printing device 130 . The printing device 130 prints the item information on the label paper so that the user can attach the printed label paper to the test object, wherein the item information at least includes the weight of the item. In some embodiments, the label paper can be any printing paper for attaching to the test object.

In some embodiments, the management device 120 may directly store the item information (for example, the item information is directly stored in the memory of the management device 120). In other embodiments, the cargo weighing management system 100 may further include a management server 150 (as shown in FIG. 1 ), wherein the management server 150 is used to receive and store the item information from the management device 120.

In some embodiments, the item information further includes the total price of the test object, wherein the total price is calculated by the management device 120 based on the weight of the item and the unit price of the unit item. In detail, the management device 120 can set the unit price of the unit item and transmit the unit price of the unit item to the input interface. Then, the management device 120 can calculate the total price of the test object based on the weight of the item and the unit price of the unit item to transmit the total price of the test object to the input interface. Then, the management device 120 can obtain the item information including the total price of the test object from the input interface.

The following is an actual example of an input interface recording an item weight. Referring to FIG. 5 , FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of an input interface 500 in other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 5 , when a user wants to set a unit price of a test object through the management device 120, the management device 120 may provide an input interface 500 to receive the unit price. In the present embodiment, the input interface 500 has input fields 501 to 503, 505 to 508. The input field 501 is used to receive the unit price of the test object entered by the user (i.e., 50 yuan per 100g of the test object). The input fields 502 to 503, 508 are used to receive and display the item weight of the test object detected by the weight sensing device 110 (i.e., 699g). The management device 120 calculates the total price of the test object (i.e., 349.5) based on the unit price and the weight of the item to record and display in the display field 504. The input fields 509-510 are used to receive the item type of the test object (i.e., pig's feet) and the manufacturer of the test object (i.e., fine meat shop) input by the user. In some other embodiments, the item information may also include other types of barcodes (e.g., two-dimensional codes). In some other embodiments, the item information may also include the unit price and total price of the test substance.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the management device 120 can calculate the total amount of the second warehouse storage corresponding to the test object based on the weight of the items and the total amount of the first warehouse storage corresponding to the test object. Then, the management device 120 can generate an output interface, wherein the output interface includes the total amount of the second warehouse storage corresponding to the test object. In some embodiments, the total amount of the first warehouse storage indicates the total amount of the test object before shipment, and the total amount of the second warehouse storage indicates the total amount of the test object after shipment. In other embodiments, the total amount of the first warehouse storage indicates the total amount of the test object before storage, and the total amount of the second warehouse storage indicates the total amount of the test object after storage.

The output interface is explained below with an actual example. Referring to FIG. 7 , FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of an output interface 700 in some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 7 , the output interface 700 provides display fields 701 to 708 for displaying relevant information of each product currently in the warehouse. Display field 701 is used to provide the product name of each product (i.e., apple, banana, pineapple, lychee or grapefruit). Display field 702 is used to provide the material number of each product (i.e., the material number corresponding to each product can be SJI29012, KSDJI1211, FG21411, TSFF1133 or SD3QR123). Display field 703 is used to provide the current inventory of each product (i.e., the total quantity of each product after entering the warehouse and leaving the warehouse can be 503, 4503kg, 234, 2153kg, or 652). Display field 704 is used to provide the inventory change of each product (e.g., the total quantity change of apples can be an increase of 205). Display field 705 is used to provide the incoming quantity of each product (e.g., the incoming quantity of apples can be 501). Display field 706 is used to provide the outgoing quantity of each product (e.g., the outgoing quantity of apples can be 103). Display field 707 is used to provide the scrap quantity of each product (e.g., the scrap quantity of apples can be 5). The display field 708 is used to provide notes for each product (for example, the total weight of all apples in stock (i.e., 501 apples) can be 5012 kilograms). In this way, the management device 120 can implement the inventory management function of the goods.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the management device 120 can input a product type (e.g., spices) through an input interface, and generate multiple recipe types (e.g., curry powder, water, salt, and cocoa powder) and multiple specification weights corresponding to the multiple recipe types (i.e., the weights required for these product recipes for this product type) based on the product type.

In this embodiment, the user can use the weight sensing device 110 to measure the weight of each recipe in sequence. Then, the management device 120 can sequentially receive the recipe weights of each of the multiple recipes from the weight sensing device 110. Then, when the management device 120 determines that one of the multiple recipe weights is not equal to a corresponding one of the multiple specification weights, the management device 120 displays a warning message corresponding to one of the multiple recipe weights on the input interface.

150。In some embodiments, a product may be composed of multiple recipes corresponding to the product. In some embodiments, the correspondence between the product and the multiple recipes (i.e., which recipes are required for a specific product) may be pre-stored in the management device 120 or the management server 150. In some embodiments, multiple specification weights corresponding to the multiple recipes may also be pre-stored in the management device 120 or the management server 150.

The following is an actual example to illustrate the input interface displaying warning information. Referring to FIG. 8 , FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of an input interface 800 in other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 8 , the input interface 800 has input fields 801 and 804. The input field 801 is used to receive the product type (i.e., spices) input by the user. The input field 804 is used to receive the formula weight of one of the formula types (i.e., the net weight of the water currently measured is 67.0 g). The management device 120 generates multiple formula types according to the product type (i.e., for spices, curry powder, water, salt and cocoa powder are required) and multiple specification weights corresponding to the multiple formula types (e.g., curry powder requires 18.5 g). The input interface 800 further provides display fields 802~803 and 805. Display field 802 is used to display multiple recipe types (i.e., curry powder, water, salt, and cocoa powder), and indicates the recipe type currently being tested (i.e., water). Display field 803 is used to display the specification weight corresponding to one of the recipe types (i.e., water requires 57.0 g). At this time, the management device 120 determines that one of the recipe weights is not equal to the specification weight corresponding to it (i.e., 67.0 g is not equal to 57.0 g), and displays a warning message (i.e., it has exceeded 10.0 g) in display field 805 provided by the input interface 800. In this way, the management device 120 can realize the recipe matching function of the goods.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the weight sensing device 110 can further detect the weight of the packaged test object. Then, the management device 120 can calculate the ratio between the weight of the object and the weight of the package, and determine whether the ratio is greater than an acceptance threshold. Then, when it is determined that the ratio is greater than an acceptance threshold, the management device 120 can display a warning message corresponding to the package weight on the input interface.

The following is another actual example to illustrate the input interface displaying a warning message. Referring to FIG. 9 , FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram of an input interface 900 in some other embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 9 , when the weight sensing device 110 detects the weight of the test object and detects the weight of the package of the packaged test object, the management device 120 may provide an input interface 900 to receive the weight of the item and the weight of the package. In this embodiment, the input interface 900 has input fields 901 to 905 and option icons 906 to 908. Input field 901 is used to receive the weight of the package (i.e., 12.0 kg). Input field 902 is used to receive the weight of the item (i.e., 10.8 kg). Input field 903 is used to receive the weight of the packaging material for packaging the test object (i.e., 1.2 kg). Input fields 904-905 are used to receive the type of test object (i.e., tuna) and the manufacturer of the test object (i.e., Polit) input by the user. Option icon 906 is used for the user to confirm that the packaged test object is to be shipped. Option icon 907 is used for the user to confirm that the packaged test object is to be specially handled. Option icon 908 is used for the user to confirm that the packaged test object is not to be shipped. In some embodiments, when it is determined that the ratio between the weight of the item and the weight of the package is greater than the acceptance threshold, input field 902 can display a warning message to inform the user that the packaged test object does not meet the specifications. In this way, the management device 120 can realize the acceptance function of the goods.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the management device 120 may generate a form (e.g., an Excel form) including the information in all the above-mentioned input interfaces and the information in the above-mentioned output interfaces for the user to perform warehouse management. In some embodiments, this form may provide the above-mentioned types of weighing, counting, formula, inventory management, shelving, and acceptance for the user to select. Thus, when the user can select one of the types of weighing, counting, formula, inventory management, shelving, and acceptance, the management device 120 may display the content corresponding to the selected one of the types of weighing, counting, formula matching, inventory management, shelving, and acceptance in the form for the user to view.

Through the above steps, the cargo weighing management system 100 disclosed in the present invention can manage the items in the current warehouse by combining the methods of body identification, item weighing and label printing.
