FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an article weighing aid according to some embodiments of the present application.
The commodity weighing auxiliary device can be applied to a cash register or an article coding place (such as an area for selling vegetables and meat) provided with the weighing device in a shopping mall or a supermarket.
The weighing device may be a tool used in current markets or supermarkets to weigh (obtain the mass of the item), for example: electronic scales or electromechanical combination scales, etc. Electronic scales may include weighing systems (e.g., scale pans, scale bodies), force transfer systems (e.g., lever force transfer systems, sensors), indicating systems (e.g., dials, electronic displays), and buttons for inputting merchandise information. In some embodiments, the weighing device may further include or be connected to a coding device, and send the obtained weight of the commodity and the input commodity unit price information to the coding device, and print identifiers such as price labels, bar codes, and two-dimensional codes. In this specification, the weighing device may further include a device for directly performing settlement, and a salesperson may perform settlement for cash after weighing, or may perform weighing and settlement for payment by a customer.
The touch screen may be an electronic screen having an information display function and an information input function, for example: a resistive touch screen or a capacitive touch screen.
In some embodiments, the touch screen is used for displaying the article information of the article acquired by the weighing device and also acquiring input information; the input information may be sent to the weighing device via a communication device. The article information includes, but is not limited to, article type information, article weight information, pre-stored unit price information, and article inventory information; the input information may be an operation in which the user selects correct item information from a plurality of item information displayed in the touch screen. And sending the correct article information to the weighing device, and settling accounts by the weighing device according to the correct article information, or sending the correct article information to the coding device to code the article.
For example: the weighing device comprises a weighing device, a touch screen, a display screen and a weighing device, wherein the weighing device is used for weighing a kilogram of pork in a market, the touch screen displays a plurality of article types (food types, household appliances, living articles and the like), a user selects meat in the food types from the plurality of article types on the touch screen and then selects a pork option, so that unit price information and/or inventory information about the pork in advance can be displayed on the touch screen, and the weighing device obtains the weight of a kilogram of pork (about one kilogram, a little error exists). Transmitting the article information, unit price information and weight information about the pork to a weighing device, and performing account settlement by the weighing device in combination with the unit price information and the weight information of the pork; or the weighing equipment sends the article information, the unit price information and the weight information of the pork to the code printing device, and the code printing device prints a code on a kilogram of pork.
The communication means may be hardware and/or software for interacting with information and/or data, such as wired network communication and/or wireless network communication. The monitoring service is used for sending the operation input by the user on the weighing equipment to the monitoring device. When the user inputs unit price information or other information about the item on the weighing device keys according to the type of the item on the scale, the input operation is returned to the weighing assistance device through the monitoring device. In some embodiments, the weighing aid may generate a corresponding operation code so that the next time the user needs to enter an operation on the weighing apparatus related to weighing an item, the operation may be performed directly from the weighing aid.
In some embodiments, the touch screen may display shortcut keys. The shortcut key is generated according to the operation on the weighing equipment obtained by the monitoring device. The weighing auxiliary equipment can acquire the operation of the user on the shortcut key and send the operation to the weighing device through the communication device to replace the input operation on the weighing equipment.
In some embodiments, the code for each item is a uniform 3-5 digit number (e.g., pork for 1101, beef for 1102). After the user inputs the code printing equipment through the combination key every time, the weighing auxiliary equipment can acquire the information of the combination key through the monitoring device. In some embodiments, the weighing aid may generate shortcut keys on the touch screen for codes that are used more frequently. The statistics can be carried out according to a single weighing auxiliary device, and the statistics can also be carried out through a network according to the data of a plurality of weighing auxiliary devices. In some embodiments, the usage frequency may be counted according to different time periods, such as the last week, month usage frequency according to a set statistic.
In some embodiments, the weighing auxiliary device may further acquire information such as unit price of the commodity by connecting with the background system based on the acquired code, and display the information on the touch screen and/or send the information to the weighing device through the communication device.
For example, a weighing device is used for weighing a kilogram of pork (the number combination key corresponding to the pork is 1101), keys on the weighing device comprise a 0-9 numeric keyboard and a number combination key, and if the number combination key related to 1101 is selected and clicked from the keys, the weighing device can automatically acquire unit price information and/or inventory information of the pork corresponding to 1101. When the unit price information of the stock needs to be updated or the unit price of the article does not exist, the user directly clicks the number combination key related to 1101 and then inputs the latest unit price information of pork through the number combination key. And paying out the jin of pork according to the input latest unit price information, or sending the latest unit price information and/or inventory information of the commodity to a coding device to code the jin of pork. And if the latest unit price information is not input, performing settlement or code printing according to the unit price information prestored in the weighing auxiliary equipment. When the combination of numbers key 1101 is selected and clicked or the latest unit price information is input through the combination of numbers key, the operation performed through the combination of numbers key is issued to the weighing assistant. The weighing auxiliary equipment updates the pork unit price information and/or the stock information of the pork pre-stored by the background system according to the operation (including the selected 1101 pork item information and/or the input latest pork unit price information) performed by the user on the number combination key.
