A data integration system based on environment, society and corporate governance (ESG), including: a communication component; a storage component; a data integration component; and a missing value processing component; wherein the communication component is responsible for connecting multiple databases through a communication network and collecting environment, society and corporate governance (ESG) information from the database; the storage component is electrically connected to the communication component and is responsible for storing information related to the portfolio data of multiple designated investment targets and storing an estimation model for processing missing values; the data integration component is electrically connected to the communication component and receives original ESG information from the communication component and integrates the information from different databases; the missing value processing component is electrically connected to the data integration component and communicates with the data integration component to detect and process missing values in ESG information.
