Abstract

The present invention relates to a lid, comprising: a body, an annular convex portion and a sealing member. The body comprises a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface and an outer peripheral wall, the outer peripheral wall extending toward a side away from the first surface and protruding from the outer periphery of the second surface; the annular convex portion is protruding from the second surface and is located radially inward of the outer peripheral wall; the sealing member is disposed on the annular convex portion and is located between the annular convex portion and the outer peripheral wall. The present invention also provides a sealed container, comprising the lid as described above, and further comprising: a container body having an opening and an annular wall surrounding the opening, the lid can be covered on the opening and the annular wall is located between the outer peripheral wall and the sealing member, wherein the annular wall abuts against the second surface, and the sealing member is partially deformed to abut against an inner peripheral surface of the annular wall.

Description

Cover and sealed container containing the same

The invention relates to a container cover, in particular to a cover body and a sealed container containing the cover body.

The conventional container with lid is provided with an annular groove on the outer periphery of the lid, and a lip is provided on one outer periphery of the container, and the lip is arranged in the annular groove to achieve a buckling effect. If a sealing effect is to be achieved, a sealing ring is generally provided on the lid, and when the lid is closed on the container, the lip and the lid can clamp the sealing ring to deform it, thereby achieving a sealing effect.

However, the annular groove of the cover is easily deformed after repeated buckling, and the sealing ring is also easily fatigued and damaged, resulting in poor sealing effect. In addition, the conventional cover must match the size of the container to achieve a stable cover and buckle effect, and the scope of application is limited.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced lid and a sealed container comprising the lid to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a lid and a sealed container containing the same, which has a wide range of applications and good sealing effect and durability.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the invention provides a cover body, comprising: a body, an annular convex portion and a sealing member. The body comprises a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface and an outer peripheral wall, the outer peripheral wall extending toward a side away from the first surface and protruding from the outer periphery of the second surface; the annular convex portion is protruding from the second surface and located radially inward of the outer peripheral wall; the sealing member is disposed on the annular convex portion and located between the annular convex portion and the outer peripheral wall.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention further provides a sealed container, including the lid as described above, and further including: a container body, having an opening and an annular wall surrounding the opening, the lid can be covered on the opening and the annular wall is located between the outer peripheral wall and the sealing member, wherein the annular wall abuts against the second surface, and the sealing member is partially deformed to abut against an inner peripheral surface of the annular wall.

The following is merely an example to illustrate possible implementations of the present invention, but it is not intended to limit the scope of protection for the present invention. The "one" or "at least one" preceding the terms mentioned in the text does not limit the quantity, and it can also be "plural" according to needs. This change in quantity is also within the scope of protection, which should be stated in advance.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 7, which show a first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The cover 1 of the present invention includes a body 10, an annular protrusion 20 and a sealing member 30.

The body 10 includes a first surface 11, a second surface 12 opposite to the first surface 11, and an outer peripheral wall 13, wherein the outer peripheral wall 13 extends toward a side away from the first surface 11 and is protruded from the outer periphery of the second surface 12; the annular protrusion 20 is protruded from the second surface 12 and is located radially inward of the outer peripheral wall 13; the sealing member 30 is disposed on the annular protrusion 20 and is located between the annular protrusion 20 and the outer peripheral wall 13. Thus, the sealing member 30 can radially abut against the inner side surface of a container to achieve a limiting effect, and has a wide range of applications and good sealing performance and durability.

The seal 30 at least partially protrudes from the outer peripheral wall 13 in one extension direction of the outer peripheral wall 13, so that when the seal 30 abuts against the inner side surface of the container, excess gas can be discharged through the gap between the outer peripheral wall 13 and the container. The seal 30 includes a snap-fitting recess 31, which is open to a side away from the outer peripheral wall 13 and is detachably snap-fitted to the outer periphery of the annular protrusion 20, which is convenient for assembly and replacement, and also convenient for disassembly for cleaning.

Preferably, the seal 30 includes an inner ring portion 32 and an outer ring portion 33 connected to the radial outer side of the inner ring portion 32. The thickness of the outer ring portion 33 is less than that of the inner ring portion 32, so that the inner ring portion 32 is easy to assemble and not easy to fall off, and the outer ring portion 33 can bend and deform corresponding to the inner side of the container, and the sealing effect is good. The seal 30 is at least partially located on a side of the annular convex portion 20 relatively far from the second surface 12; the outer ring portion 33 is spaced from the second surface 12 and extends along a radial direction of the body 10, so that when the cover 1 is covered on the container, the outer ring portion 33 can bend and deform relatively along the inner side of the container toward the second surface 12, and the fitting effect is good. In this embodiment, the seal 30 is a single component formed by an elastically deformable material, such as but not limited to silicone, which is easy to produce and assemble and has good sealing performance.

The cover body 1 further includes a ring sheet 40, which is bent so that an inner edge 41 and an outer edge 42 of the ring sheet 40 extend parallel to each other in a non-coplanar manner. The inner edge 41 is fixed to the second surface 12, and the outer edge 42 forms the annular protrusion 20, which is convenient for processing and helps to enhance the structural strength of the main body 10. Preferably, the body 10 further includes an annular groove 14 that is recessed from the first surface 11 toward the second surface 12, the annular sheet 40 is connected to an inner side wall of the annular groove 14 and maintains a distance from a bottom wall of the annular groove 14, and the engaging recess 31 is partially accommodated between the bottom wall and the annular convex portion 20, so that the assembly stability is good, and the body 10 is not easy to deform and has good durability. In other embodiments, the annular convex portion can also be integrally formed by the body, or be detachably connected to the body.

The cover 1 further includes a valve 50. The body 10 is provided with an air hole 15. The valve 50 is provided in the air hole 15 and can selectively close the air hole 15. In detail, the valve 50 includes a large diameter section 51 and a small diameter section 52. A radial dimension of the large diameter section 51 is not less than a radial dimension of the air hole 15, and a radial dimension of the small diameter section 52 is less than the radial dimension of the air hole 15. The small diameter section 52 is radially provided with a plurality of lugs, which can axially abut against the second surface 12 to prevent the valve 50 from falling off. Thus, when the cover 1 is covered on the container, the valve member 50 can be pressed so that the large diameter section 51 is located in the air hole 15, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, thereby blocking the air to achieve an airtight effect, and the cover 1 can be stably engaged and not fall off; if the cover 1 is to be opened, the cover 1 is pulled upward so that the small diameter section 52 is at least partially located in the air hole 15, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, allowing the gas to pass through the gap between the two, releasing the airtight state and easily opening the cover 1, which is simple and convenient to operate.

The invention further provides a sealed container 2, comprising the lid 1 as described above, and further comprising: a container body 60, having an opening 61 and an annular wall 62 surrounding the opening 61, wherein the lid 1 can be covered on the opening 61 and the annular wall 62 is located between the peripheral wall 13 and the sealing member 30, wherein the annular wall 62 abuts against the second surface 12, and the sealing member 30 is partially deformed and abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the annular wall 62. Thus, the sealing between the lid 1 and the container body 60 is good, and the sealing member 30 can be flexibly deformed, with a wide range of applications, and the peripheral wall 13 is not easily deformed, and has good durability in use. In this embodiment, the container body 60 has a double-layer structure, is light in weight and has good heat insulation effect.

The second preferred embodiment shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 10 is different from the above-mentioned embodiment in that one end edge of the annular wall 62a is radially outwardly formed with a lip 63; the container body 60a is a single-layer solid structure. It should be particularly noted that the cover 1 of the present invention achieves a sealed connection effect by the seal 30 radially abutting against the inner circumference of the annular wall 62, 62a. Therefore, regardless of whether the annular wall 62, 62a is provided with the lip 63, as long as the size of the annular wall 62, 62a can correspond to and be accommodated between the seal 30 and the outer circumferential wall 13, the cover 1 of the present invention is applicable and has a wide range of uses.

Claims (10)

A cover body comprises: A body comprising a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and an outer peripheral wall, wherein the outer peripheral wall extends toward a side away from the first surface and is protruded from the outer periphery of the second surface; An annular protrusion protrudes from the second surface and is located radially inward of the outer peripheral wall; and A sealing member is provided on the annular protrusion and is located between the annular protrusion and the outer peripheral wall. A cover as described in claim 1, wherein the seal is at least partially located on a side of the annular protrusion that is relatively far away from the second surface. A cover as described in claim 1, wherein the seal at least partially protrudes from the outer peripheral wall in one extension direction of the outer peripheral wall. A cover as described in claim 1, wherein the seal includes a snap-fitting recess, which is open to a side away from the outer peripheral wall and is detachably snap-fitted to the outer periphery of the annular protrusion. A cover as described in claim 1, wherein the seal includes an inner ring portion and an outer ring portion connected to the radially outer side of the inner ring portion, and the thickness of the outer ring portion is less than the thickness of the inner ring portion. A cover as described in claim 5, wherein the outer ring portion is spaced apart from the second surface and extends along a radial direction of the main body. The cover body as described in claim 1 further includes a valve member, wherein the body is penetrated with an air hole, and the valve member is penetrated through the air hole and can selectively close the air hole. A cover as described in claim 7, wherein the valve member includes a large diameter section and a small diameter section, a radial dimension of the large diameter section is not less than a radial dimension of the air hole, and a radial dimension of the small diameter section is less than the radial dimension of the air hole.
