已知的混凝土,採用模板灌漿成型。灌漿用途的模板,藉由人力釘製數條木板組成矩形模板,不僅浪費時間,而且尺寸參差不齊。其次,混凝土的擠壓力,推開併排的木模板,造成溢漏的缺點。尤其是,木模板拆卸後,大都無法再次利用。而且,混凝土成形的牆面粗糙不平,需要後續的加工處理抹平作業,徒增製作成本。Concrete is conventionally formed by grouting using a formwork.
