Abstract

The invention relates to a charging device, in particular a charger equipped with a replaceable adapter of different types.

In the prior art, since different countries use different plug or socket specifications, chargers are equipped with adapters with different plug types to facilitate users to charge on different sockets. For example, patent TWM635885 discloses a charger with a detachable adapter, wherein one side of the rectangular shell of the charger body has an inverted L-shaped guide groove, a first plug terminal is arranged inside, a buckle structure is arranged on the top surface and adjacent to the side with the L-shaped guide groove, the insulating seat of the adapter and the wall are T-shaped, a second plug terminal is arranged on the insulating seat, and a pair of protrusions and a cover are provided on the wall in a direction opposite to the plurality of second plug terminals. The adapter and the electrical body can be disassembled or assembled by the buckle structure. The charger of the prior art has an additional buckle structure, and the overall appearance needs to be reassembled, so that an additional protrusion must be added to the appearance, resulting in the disadvantages of complex overall structure and high cost.

In view of the problems and shortcomings of the above-mentioned existing technologies, this new invention recreates a charger with an adapter, which is manufactured in one piece by means of a snap-fit structure between the adapter and the power source body of the charger, and has the practical purpose of being simple in structure and reducing assembly costs.

This novel device uses the aforementioned technical means. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the charger with an adapter of the present invention comprises a body 10 and an adapter 20; the body 10 is a hollow body, and at least a conversion circuit and a socket are arranged inside the body, such as: various USB sockets, but not limited to this. Since the circuit and structure arranged inside are prior art, they are not described in detail. The body 10 has a plurality of wall surfaces, and a buckle portion 11 and a recess 12 are formed on the wall surface at the top. The buckle portion 11 has a buckle head 111. As shown in one specific embodiment of the figure, the buckle portion 11 is formed integrally with the inner wall surface of the recess 12 of the body 10; the recess 12 is formed by the inner concave wall surface of the top of the body 10, and an opening 121 is formed on the side wall surface. Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, the adapter 20 is assembled with the guide groove 221 of the slide seat 22 and the slide rail 13 in the recess 12 of the body 10, and the guide groove 221 and the guide bar 131 of the slide rail 13 are mutually inserted and firmly assembled. At the same time, the guide piece of the first plug terminal 14 is inserted into the socket 222 and electrically connected to the conductive part inside the socket 222. During the assembly process, the stopper 211 of the control member 21 will slightly push the buckle 111 of the buckle part 11. After passing, the buckle 111 of the buckle part 11 is reset and locked on the stopper 211, as shown in FIG. 6, so that the adapter 20 and the body 10 are firmly combined with each other and will not be separated at will.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 7, when removing the adapter 20 from the main body 10, the user presses the control member 21 with a finger. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 5, the present invention further forms a positioning groove 15 in the wall surface at the top of the main body 10, and a positioning block 24 is formed on the bottom surface of the base 200 of the adapter 20. Referring to FIG. 8 , another embodiment of the present invention, the buckle portion 11A protruding from the top wall of the main body 10A and the buckle head 111A are located on the other side of the slide rail 13A, and the control member 21A of the base 200A of the adapter 20A extends from the other side of the hole wall of the through hole 201A toward the center. After the adapter 20A is assembled to the main body 10A, the buckle head 111A of the buckle portion 11A and the control member 21A are interlocked, and the control member 21A can be separated from the buckle head 111A by pressing the control member 21A, and the adapter 20A can be separated from the main body 10A.
