Abstract
長期臥床照護期間需要注意許多事項,其中最繁複的工作是協助患者翻身以避免褥瘡的發生。褥瘡,又稱壓瘡或壓傷,是指局部組織長時間受壓,最終引起血液循環障礙,導致局部不同程度的缺血性潰瘍和組織壞死。即使家中僱用外籍看護也不見得能盡責按時幫患者做翻身的工作。因此本專利設計一台自動化的輔具代替人力,並協助病患進行翻身且24小時全年無休。主要目的在於設計一套結構簡單與易操作且減少壓瘡的發生。此自動化預防壓瘡科技輔具可協助病患循序進行仰臥、右側臥和左側臥三個動作,以減少因局部組織長時間受壓而發生壓瘡的情況。 Many things need to be paid attention to during long-term bed care, the most complicated work is assisting the patient to turn to avoid the occurrence of bedsores.
