Abstract

An automatic warning umbrella includes an umbrella body, a plurality of distance-sensing light-emitting elements, and a control element. The umbrella body includes an umbrella handle, a plurality of umbrella ribs connected to the umbrella handle, and an umbrella cloth laid on the umbrella ribs. The equidistant sensing light-emitting elements are arranged along the periphery of the umbrella cloth and located on the ends of the umbrella ribs. The umbrella body 1 includes an umbrella handle 11 , a plurality of ribs 12 connected to the umbrella handle 11 , and an umbrella cloth 13 laid on the umbrella ribs 12 .

The equidistant sensing light-emitting elements 2 are disposed along the periphery of the umbrella cloth 13 and located on the ends of the umbrella ribs 12 . In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the equidistant-sensing light-emitting element 2 is an infrared distance-sensing light-emitting element.

The control element 3 is disposed on the umbrella handle 11 and is electrically connected with the equidistant inductive light-emitting element 2 . In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control element 3 includes a charging power source (not shown).

The non-distance sensing light-emitting element 4 is disposed on the umbrella cloth 13 and at the top of the umbrella handle 11 , and is electrically connected with the control element 3 .

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the light-emitting elements 2 and 4 are LED lamps.

When using the automatic warning umbrella of the present invention, the control element 3 is in an open state, and when an approaching object 5 (such as a driving vehicle or other pedestrians) enters the sensing range of any one of the equidistant sensing light-emitting elements 2 , the distance-sensing light-emitting element 2 that senses the approaching object 5 will automatically emit a warning light to generate a warning effect. In addition, the control element 3 can also make the non-distance-sensitive light-emitting element 4 light up the warning light constantly, so that the approaching object 5 has a warning effect before entering the sensing range of the equidistance-sensitive light-emitting element 2 .

To sum up, the distance-sensing light-emitting element 2 turned on through the control element 3 can sense the approaching object 5 to emit warning light, while the non-distance-sensing light-emitting element 4 can constantly light up the warning light, so as to play an important role. The warning effect can effectively prevent the approaching object 5 from continuously approaching, or even a collision accident, so it can indeed achieve the purpose of the present invention.

Claims (5)

An automatic warning umbrella, comprising: an umbrella body, including an umbrella handle, a plurality of ribs connected to the umbrella handle, and an umbrella cloth laid on the umbrella ribs; A plurality of distance-sensitive light-emitting elements are arranged along the periphery of the umbrella cloth and located on the ends of the umbrella ribs; and A control element is disposed on the umbrella handle and is electrically connected with the equidistant sensing light-emitting element. When the control element is in an open state, the equidistance sensing light-emitting element can sense an approaching object and emit warning light. The automatic warning umbrella of claim 1, wherein the equidistance-sensing light-emitting element is an infrared distance-sensing light-emitting element. The automatic warning umbrella of claim 1 further comprises a non-distance sensing light-emitting element disposed on the umbrella cloth and located at the top of the umbrella handle, which is electrically connected to the control element. The automatic warning umbrella of claim 1 or 3, wherein the light-emitting elements are LED lights. The automatic warning umbrella of claim 1, wherein the control element includes a charging power source.
