構而自然纏繞於捲繩筒601筒身上,而左、右側之拉繩63、631雖然會受葉片重力產生拉力使捲繩筒向相反方向滑移,因有定位片65、650、651之阻擋使捲繩筒600、601、602只能反向滑移(如圖9),而使拉繩順著錐體結構纏繞,獲得平穩之繞繩作動,而左、右側捲繩筒600、602因拉繩63、631位置採反向之對應位配置,產生相等的牽制力量,而使葉片之上升或下降均不會晃動,獲得平穩效果。
