本創作係為一種具有雙向鎖固結構的格柵組合結構,主要係由主體結構柱1,1’、雙向鎖固結合管2,2’、嵌入蓋板3,3’及固定管41,42所組成。如圖1所示其主體結構柱1係上、下裝設端面板A,B,而相向空間處裝設L型加強板14,15,而L型加強板14的一端連接端面板A,一端連接端面板C的第一凹槽11,其中L型加強板14連接L型端面板C1而形成第一凹槽11,而L型加強板15的一端連接端面板B,一端連接端面板C的第三凹槽13,其中L型加強板15連接L型端面板C3形成第三凹槽13,而端面板C的中央處裝設U型端面板C2與卡凸塊C4而形成第二凹槽12,端面板A,B向左延伸末端為凸塊16,17兩側相向內緣裝設頂柱塊18,19。
如圖2所示為雙向鎖固結合管2係整體為方型體24,其一端面板25的上方處裝設一凸型柱21,而在下方處裝設一凸型柱23,在中央處裝設T型柱22,另在一端面板26的內緣端面中央處裝設一缺口鎖孔柱27供作螺紋管4如圖5~8所示。
如圖3所示嵌入蓋板3的端面板D上、下端裝設凸塊31,34,而上方凸塊31下方裝設弧型卡凸塊32,下方凸塊34的上方裝設長型卡凸塊33。
如圖4所示其中主體結構柱1上方端面板A的頂住塊18嵌入頂向嵌入蓋板3的凸塊31與弧型卡凸塊32之間作嵌合,主體結構柱1下方端面板B的頂柱塊19嵌入頂向嵌入蓋板3的凸塊34與長型卡凸塊33之間作嵌合如圖4所示。
如圖4所示雙向鎖固結合管2的凸型柱21插入第一凹槽11,凸型柱23插入第三凹槽13,T型柱22插入第二凹槽12做為結合。如圖9,10所示,雙向鎖固格柵結構體A’,B’裝設在固定管41的上、下方處,並以螺絲S,S’與主體結構柱1.1’、嵌入蓋板3,3’及雙向鎖固結合管2,2’作為鎖固,如圖11所示雙向鎖固結合管2,C’裝設在固定管41與固定管42之間,並以螺紋管5,5’,51,52鎖固在方型管41,42的側端面如圖7,8,12~16所示。
本創作係為一種具有雙向鎖固結構的格柵組合結構,已符合專利要件,今依法提出專利申請。
