Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2. FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of an air guide 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 shows a bottom view of the air guide 100 of FIG. 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the air guide cover 100 includes an upper cover 110 and two opposite side walls 170 and 175. The upper cover 110 connects the side wall 170 and the side wall 175. Therefore, the upper cover 110 forms an air inlet 105 with one end of the two side walls 170 and 175, and the air outlet 106 is formed with the other end of the upper cover 110 and the other side walls 170 and 175. In this way, airflow can be provided at the air inlet 105, and the airflow passes through the air guide cover 100 and flows out from the air outlet 106.

106。In this embodiment, the air guide 100 further includes a front cover 180 extending from the upper cover 110. The upper cover 110, the two opposite side walls 170 and 175 and the front cover 180 jointly form the air outlet 106.

Returning to FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the upper cover 110 includes the wind guide plate 120 and the horizontal cover 140 that are in contact with each other. The horizontal cover 140 is perpendicular to the two side walls 170 and 175. The wind deflector 120 is connected to the horizontal cover 140 and extends obliquely at an angle. The wind deflector 120 is connected to the air inlet 105. The horizontal cover 140 is connected to the air outlet 106. Generally speaking, a fan (such as the fan 210 in the subsequent FIG. 3) may be provided at the air inlet 105 of the air guide 100. The design of the wind deflector 120 makes the wind deflector 100 have a certain height, which is convenient for connecting with the fan, and can guide the wind to the components covered by the wind deflector 100 at the same time.

In this embodiment, the air guide 100 further includes a locking member 190. The locking member 190 can be used to fix the air guide 100 to a motherboard (as shown in the subsequent FIG. 3 ). In this embodiment, the locking member 190 has a locking hole for locking. In this way, the user can lock the air guide cover 100 on the substrate by using screws.

190。Further, in this embodiment, the upper cover 110 of the air guide 100 (including the front cover 180 extending to the air outlet 106), the opposite side walls 170 and 175, and the locking member 190 are substantially integrally formed. Specifically, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the air guide hood 100 may be formed by vacuum blister. The material of the air guide 100 includes a sheet-shaped plastic material. After heating the sheet-shaped plastic material to a desired temperature (no need to melt the plastic material), the partial pressure of the sheet-shaped plastic material is unevenly applied by vacuuming, thereby shaping the sheet-shaped plastic material into a guide The windshield 100 includes an integrally formed upper cover 110, opposite side walls 170 and 175, and a locking member 190.

The air hood 100 formed by vacuum suction molding has a certain strength in structure, and the cost is relatively low compared to the injection molding method. After the wind hood 100 is formed, secondary processing can be performed through Computer Numerical Control (CNC for short), for example, an opening (such as the wind guide hole 125 and the wind guide hole 125) is provided on the wind guide plate 120 of the upper cover 110 126).

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the air guide plate 120 is further provided with air guide holes 125 and 126. In this embodiment, the air guide holes 125 are elongated openings extending in a horizontal direction, and the extending direction of the air guide holes 125 is substantially perpendicular to the direction extending from the air inlet 105 to the air outlet 106. This allows part of the airflow flowing into the air guide hood 100 from the air inlet 105 to flow out from the air guide hole 125. The air guide hole 126 is a square opening. Both the air guide holes 125 and 126 can be formed on the air guide plate 120 of the cover plate 110 above the air guide cover 100 after being formed, and then processed by subsequent processing. It should be noted that the disclosure does not limit the shapes of the air guide holes 125 and 126 in this way.

In this embodiment, a plurality of convex structures 145 are further provided on the upper cover 110. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of protrusion structures 145 are provided on the horizontal cover 140 of the upper cover 110. In this embodiment, the plurality of raised structures 145 on the upper cover 110 are vacuum molded from the horizontal cover 140 of the upper cover 110 when the air hood 100 is molded. And formed on the air guide 100. In other words, the forming of the convex structure 145 and the air guide cover 100 is substantially formed by the same vacuum absorbing process. This makes the raised structure 145 substantially a protruding housing extending from the horizontal cover 140 of the upper cover 110. The raised structure 145 and the upper cover 110 are integrally formed.

Referring to FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the convex structure 145 protrudes from the top surface 143 of the horizontal cover 140 of the upper cover 110. The convex structure 145 has a lock hole 150. The keyhole 150 serves as a fixing structure, and the element can be fixed on the convex structure 145. Further, the convex structure 145 has a flat surface 147, and the lock hole 150 is disposed on the flat surface 147. In this way, once the element is fixed to the convex structure 145, the flat surface 147 of the convex structure 145 will be able to effectively support the element without easy shaking.

In some embodiments, the fixing structure on the raised structure 145 is not limited to the keyhole 150. For example, in some embodiments, male/female sockets for engaging can be provided on the convex structure 145.

In FIG. 1, each convex structure 145 has a different number of lock holes 150. This corresponds to the shape of the convex structure 145 being different.

As shown in FIG. 1, the shape of the convex structure 145 having a lock hole 150 is a circular convex hole. The shape of the convex structure 145 having two lock holes 150 is an elongated shape. The shape of the convex structure 145 with three lock holes 150 is composed of two elongated shapes, corresponding to an L-like shape.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the shape of the convex structure 145 is related to the number of the keyholes 150. When two adjacent locking holes 150 are provided on the upper cover 110 to fix the component, a larger area of the convex structure 145 can be designed, so that the two locking holes 150 are disposed on the same convex structure 145. In this way, processing can be facilitated and costs can be saved.

In the present disclosure, a plurality of adjacent lock holes 150 are provided, the purpose of which is to fix different components of different sizes. For details, please see the follow-up discussion.

Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 simultaneously. In this embodiment, on the bottom surface 144 of the horizontal cover 140 of the upper cover 110, the convex structure 145 is substantially recessed from the bottom surface 144. This corresponds to that the convex structure 145 protrudes from the top surface 143 of the horizontal cover plate 140, and the convex structure 145 has a receiving space 148 above the top surface 143. For example, the depth of the accommodation space 148 can accommodate a screw. In this way, when the screw holes of the component are aligned with the locking holes 150 of the protruding structure 145, the component can be locked on the protruding structure 145 by screws. Since the locked screws are arranged in the accommodating space 148, the influence on the air flow flowing from the air inlet 105 to the air outlet 106 in the air guide 100 can be reduced.

Please refer to Figure 3 and Figure 4. FIG. 3 illustrates a perspective view of an air guide 100 disposed on a motherboard 200 and fixing a hard disk 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 4 shows an exploded view of Figure 3. At the same time, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, to further explain that the air guide cover 100 such as the main board 200 provided inside the main unit, and further exert a space-saving function. For the purpose of simple explanation, the screws used to fix the air guide 100 are not shown in the drawings.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, the air guide cover 100 is installed on the main board 200. The main board 200 is provided with a plurality of fans 210 and a plurality of elements 220 covered by the wind hood 100. The element 220 may include, for example, a wafer and fins for heat conduction provided on the wafer. A plurality of fans 210 form a group of fan arrays. The fan arrays are arranged at the air inlet 105 of the air duct 100. These fans 210 are used to provide air flow, so that air flows from the air inlet 105 of the air duct 100 to the air outlet 106, thereby taking away the heat generated by the element 220.

硬碟300例如是傳統的HDD(Hard Disk Drive)硬碟。 Further, on the upper cover 110 of the air guide 100, a storage device can be fixed. The storage device is, for example, the hard disk 300 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The hard disk 300 is, for example, a conventional HDD (Hard Disk Drive) hard disk. In this embodiment, the hard disk 300 is substantially disposed on the convex structure 145 of the upper cover 110. Each hard disk 300 is locked by four locking holes 150 respectively located on different raised structures 145. In this way, the opposing convex structures 145 and the keyhole 150 can be regarded as forming a fixed base, so that the hard disk 300 can be disposed. In addition, since the convex structure 145 has a flat surface 147, the hard disk 300 can be stably placed on the convex structure 145. This also corresponds to that the four corners of the bottom of the hard disk 300 are respectively fixed to four lock holes 150 on the four convex structures 145 opposite to each other, and the center of the bottom of the hard disk 300 is substantially suspended.

To further explain the installation of the hard disk 300 on the air guide 100, please refer to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of an air guide 100 fixing a hard disk 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view along line L-L' in Fig. 5. For the purpose of simple explanation, the screws used to fix the hard disk 300 are not shown in the figure.

300。Please refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6 at the same time. In this embodiment, the four corners of the bottom of each hard disk 300 used have screw holes 310 for fixing. As shown in FIG. 6, once the hard disk 300 is installed on the air guide 100, the locking holes 150 of the convex structure 145 of the upper cover 110 are designed to align with the screw holes 310 at the bottom of the hard disk 300. In this way, screws can be provided in the accommodating space 148 to lock the screw holes 310 at the bottom of the hard disk 300 through the locking holes 150 of the protrusion structure 145. The screws are arranged in the accommodating space 148, which can reduce the influence on the air flow inside the air guide 100. As shown in FIG. 6, the hard disk 300 is substantially suspended and fixed between the convex structures 145 to prevent the air guide cover 100 from damaging the hard disk 300 due to contact.

In FIG. 5, a plurality of air guide holes 126 are provided adjacent to the hard disk 300, so that the wind can be directed to the hard disk 300 to dissipate heat for the hard disk 300.

In this way, by providing the air guiding hood 100 with a convex structure 145 that can be used to fix the storage device such as the hard disk 300, the space for installing the hard disk 300 inside the host can be saved. In some embodiments, what is disposed on the raised structure 145 may be other types of elements. This makes the use of the internal space of the host more flexible.

Please refer to Figure 7. FIG. 7 shows a perspective view of an air guide 100 fixing a fixed frame 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Compared to FIG. 5, in FIG. 7, the fixing frame 400 that is slightly smaller than the hard disk 300 is fixed to the air guide 100.

As shown in FIG. 7, the bottom corner of the fixing frame 400 has screw holes 410, and the convex structure 145 can be designed with locking holes 150 aligned with the screw holes 410 to lock the fixing frame 400. Due to being disposed between the plurality of convex structures 145, the bottom of the fixed frame 400 is substantially suspended. The fixing frame 400 provides a fixing space for accommodating other components. Specifically, the fixed space provided by the fixed frame 400 can be used to accommodate other types of storage devices.

As mentioned above, in some embodiments, one convex structure 145 may be provided with a plurality of locking holes 150. The positions of the plurality of different lock holes 150 on the plurality of different protrusion structures 145 may be designed to be opposite, for example, respectively aligned with the four lock holes 150 at the four corners of the bottom surface of a storage device. Multiple sets of different locking holes 150 can be disposed on the upper cover 110 together to lock components of different sizes. When a convex structure 145 has a plurality of locking holes 150, it corresponds to the convex structure 145 that occupies a larger area on the upper cover 110. This also corresponds to that the convex structure 145 may have a large flat surface 147, which is favorable for stably placing the storage device or other components.

In summary, the upper cover plate, the side wall and the locking member of the air guide cover of the present disclosure can be integrally formed, and the raised structure on the upper cover plate can be used to place computer components and can effectively use space. The raised structure is, for example, a raised structure integrally formed with the upper cover plate, and the raised structure can provide an accommodating space, so as to receive a fixing member for fixing, such as a screw. In this way, these fixing members have less influence on the air flow inside the air guide hood, and the convex structure can suspend the bottom of the element to be fixed, thereby avoiding damage to the element. These raised structures can also be used to fix other frames, so as to fix other types of components and storage devices through the frames.
