識別模組132則適於接收來自交易系統120的交易電文,並且識別模組132適於並比較交易電文、重點客戶資料與往來對象資料,識別轉出者資訊與重點客戶資料是否相符。其目的在於辨識轉出者資訊是否為已知的重點客戶。進一步的,識別模組132還會識別轉入者資訊與往來對象資料是否相符,用以判斷該轉入者資訊是否為已知的往來對象。
因此,若該轉入者資訊與該往來對象資料不相符,將該轉入者資訊轉換為該往來對象存入該資料庫。由於轉入者資訊與該往來對象資料不相符,表示該轉入者為新的往來對象,因此將其轉為往來對象資料,並存入資料庫110令其成為往來對象。反之,若轉入者資訊與往來對象資料相符,將交易資訊累加至對應的交易紀錄。轉入者資訊與往來對象資料相符表示該轉入者為已知的往來對象,則累計重點客戶對該往來對象的交易次數或交易金額。
評分模組133則適於根據交易紀錄將往來對象資訊分成多個級別分組。進一步的說,是根據往來對象的交易次數與交易金額,對多個往來對象進行分組。在本實施例中,往來對象將被分為「普」、「中」、「優」與「特優」四個分組,用以表示該往來對象的貢獻度。具體來說,是透過判斷往來對象的交易次數與交易金額是否達到判斷閥值來分組。
優惠模組134中包括多個優惠資訊,優惠資訊是對應至往來對象資訊的級別分組,並且這些優惠資訊會傳送至交易系統120。也就是說優惠模組134是根據往來對象的分組給予不同的優惠,例如「普」組別不予優惠,而「中」、「優」與「特優」則根據級別高低給予不同的優惠。而優惠例如為轉帳數次內減免手續費,減免次數則根據級別給予,級別越高的往來對象給予越多次數。
而優惠資訊傳送至交易系統120,交易系統120會根據該優惠資訊執行交易。也就是說,當重點客戶透過交易系統120進行交易時,若所交易的對象(即往來對象或轉入者)符合前述評分模組133的分組,隸屬於某一個級別分組,交易系統120即可將對應的優惠自動套入,例如免去該次交易的手續費用。
進一步的,在較佳實施例中,優惠資訊還包括一次數資訊與一期限資訊,交易系統120會根據該次數資訊與該期限資訊判斷是否套用該優惠資訊執行交易。也就是說,優惠具有時效性或次數限制,例如給予的優惠為一個月內轉帳10次免手續費,而交易系統120便會根據次數資訊與期限資訊判斷優惠資訊是否適用,如優惠資訊仍可適用,便會套入優惠資訊執行交易。反之,若優為資訊不適用(期限逾期或次數耗盡),則不套入優惠資訊執行交易。
輸出模組135則是於將該級別分組與對應的該重點客戶資料與該往來對象資料並傳送至該資料倉儲160。在此實施例中,輸出模組135會將資識別模組132、評分模組133與優惠模組134所產生的重點客戶資料、往來對象資料、級別分組、優惠資訊等資料傳送至資料倉儲160中。而資料倉儲160還通訊連接至多個外部系統10,外部系統是指銀行單位中其他的系統,如帳務系統、客戶管理系統、行銷系統、徵信系統等。即銀行中其他單位可透過資料倉儲160取得重點客戶資料、往來對象資料、級別分組、優惠資訊等資料,這些單位便可利用這資料作為執行業務的參考,例如貸款單位可將此資料作為利率審核的參考依據。
本創作重點客戶往來對象優惠自動識別系統100,透過記錄重點客戶之往來對象的交易金額與次數,並將其分組自動給予優惠,當重點客戶與這些往來對象交易時,可直接從交易系統120上直接給予優惠。重點客戶則不需另行請求優會。因此,重點客戶往來對象優惠自動識別系統100可有效提高重點客戶的黏著度的,同時可吸引重點客戶的往來對象成為新的客戶。
