Abstract

本創作係提供一種組合內膽之保溫容器，其主要包括：一杯體，係環設容置空間且形成開放端，而開放端內緣設有內鎖部；一內膽，係環設承置空間且形成敞口端，其中內膽套設於杯體之容置空間內，而敞口端設有螺紋段，螺紋段下方具有銜接部；一套件，組設於內膽之銜接部，且套件外表面具有外鎖部，外鎖部係與杯體之內鎖部組設；一杯蓋，邊緣係向下延伸之周壁且斷面呈ㄇ字型，杯蓋設有螺牙段，螺牙段與內膽之螺紋段以螺鎖方式活動開合。

Description

組合內膽之保溫容器
本創作係涉及一種組合內膽，特別是指一種組合內膽之保溫容器創新結構型態揭示者。
為了防止飲品溫度散失，人們會將飲品容置於一內外兩層套裝組合之保溫容器本體，並搭配一蓋體密封蓋合而成，以便於在戶外或加冰加熱飲品時，仍能飲用保冰保溫之飲品。
現今保溫容器係由一陶瓷材質的內膽以及一金屬材質的外殼組合而成，然而前述組合方式有兩種，其中，第一種係該外殼包覆於該內膽，並於該外殼與該內膽之銜接處下方空間以發泡體密封黏著，且該內膽開口處跨置於該外殼開口處上；第二種係該內膽設有一位於該內膽開口處下方之套合部，令該內膽套入於該外殼內部時，藉由該套合部套合於該外殼開口處，並支撐該內膽。
惟，此種結構型態於實際使用經驗中發現仍存在下述之問題點，舉例而言，上述第一種該外殼與該內膽之銜接處下方空間以發泡體密封黏著，若保溫容器盛裝冷水或熱水不同，造成內膽與外殼不同性質材料熱漲冷縮程度不一致，使銜接處下方空間呈現膨脹或收縮擠壓，破壞發泡體密封黏著效果，或破壞內膽與外殼間套合部的密合，使得內膽易鬆脫之問題以及該內膽開口處跨置於該外殼開口處上，兩者開口處之間具有間隙，久而久之，兩者開口處之間的間隙容易滋生細菌與藏汙垢等問題；而上述第二種藉由該內膽之套合部套合於該外殼開口處，使內膽開口處遠離該外殼開口處，係解決第一種兩者開口處之間的間隙容易滋生細菌與藏汙垢等問題，但若保溫容器盛裝冷水或熱水不同，造成內膽與外殼不同性質材料熱漲冷縮程度不一致，使銜接處下方空間呈現膨脹或收縮擠壓，破壞內膽與外殼間套合部的密合，使得內膽易鬆脫之問題以及該內膽開口處跨置於該外殼開口處上，造成不穩固容易鬆脫之問題。
是以，針對上述習知結構所存在之問題點，如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構，實使用者所企盼，亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向；有鑑於此，創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗，針對上述之目標，詳加設計與審慎評估後，終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作之主要目的，係在提供一種組合內膽之保溫容器，其所欲解決之技術問題，係針對如何研發出一種更具理想實用性之新式組合內膽之保溫容器結構型態為目標加以創新突破。
基於前述目的，本新型係提供一種組合內膽之保溫容器，主要包括：一杯體，係環設容置空間且形成開放端，而開放端內緣設有內鎖部；一內膽，係環設承置空間且形成敞口端，其中內膽套設於杯體之容置空間內，而敞口端設有螺紋段，螺紋段下方具有銜接部；一套件，組設於內膽之銜接部，且套件外表面具有外鎖部，外鎖部係與杯體之內鎖部組設；一杯蓋，邊緣係向下延伸之周壁且斷面呈ㄇ字型，杯蓋設有螺牙段，螺牙段與內膽之螺紋段以螺鎖方式活動開合。
藉此創新獨特型態與技術特徵，使本創作對照先前技術而言，藉由該內膽之銜接部與該套件之環凹槽相互卡扣，俾可讓該套件之外鎖部與該杯體之內鎖部組設，使得該杯體與該內膽之間即使受溫度影響，而產生遇熱膨脹遇冷收縮之問題，仍不會改變前述兩者間組合之相對位置，從而達到大幅提升穩固性之實用進步性。
本創作之另一目的，更藉由該內膽之敞口端下方設有銜接部，俾可讓該銜接部之環狀凸部與該套件之環凹槽相互卡扣，使該內膽與該杯體間之間隙移至該環狀凸部下方，令該內膽之敞口端與飲用者嘴部接觸，不易滋生細菌及藏汙垢，從而達到大幅提升清洗度以及大幅提升衛生安全之實用進步性。
請參閱第1至4圖所示，係本創作組合內膽之保溫容器之較佳實施例，惟此等實施例僅供說明之用，在專利申請上並不受此結構之限制。
所述組合內膽之保溫容器，包括：一杯體10，係環設一容置空間11且形成一開放端12，而該開放端12內緣設有一內鎖部13；一內膽20，係環設一承置空間21且形成一敞口端22，其中該內膽20套設於該杯體10之容置空間11內(而承置空間21盛裝液體)，而敞口端22設有一螺紋段23，該螺紋段23下方具有一銜接部24；一套件30，組設於該內膽20之銜接部24，且該套件30外表面具有一外鎖部31，該外鎖部31係與該杯體10之內鎖部13組設；一杯蓋40，邊緣係向下延伸之一周壁41且斷面呈ㄇ字型，該杯蓋40設有一螺牙段42，該螺牙段42與該內膽20之螺紋段23以螺鎖方式活動開合；又該內膽20係為玻璃材質或陶瓷材質；而該杯體10係為塑膠材質或金屬材質。
其中，該杯體10更為雙層態樣，該雙層態樣之內外層可為同材質或不同材質；前述主要係說明，該杯體10內外層皆為塑膠材質或金屬材質，或者該杯體10內層為塑膠材質或金屬材質，而該外層為對照該內層材質的不同材質。
又其中，該銜接部24具有一環狀凸部241，而該套件30具有一配合該環狀凸部241之環凹槽32，令該套件30套入該內膽20，使該環凹槽32卡扣於該環狀凸部241。
如第3、4圖所示，本例中，該敞口端22之螺紋段23位於該敞口端22外緣，而該杯蓋40之螺牙段42位於該杯蓋40之周壁41內緣，令該敞口端22與該杯蓋40相互配合。
如第3至6圖所示，該杯蓋40中心向下凸伸之一凸塊43，使該敞口端22與該杯蓋40相互配合時，該凸塊43防止液體流出。
如第3、7圖所示，本例中，該杯體10之內鎖部13係為螺紋式(如第3圖所示)或旋卡扣式(如第7圖所示)，相對地該套件30之外鎖部31配合該內鎖部13。
藉由上述結構組成型態與技術特徵，本創作所揭組合內膽之保溫容器結構實際應用上，先將該套件30卡扣於該內膽20，再將該內膽20組設於該杯體10，最後將該杯蓋40螺鎖於該內膽20之敞口端22，而該杯體10係為雙層態樣(具有保溫與保冰效果)，並藉由該內膽20之銜接部24與該套件30之環凹槽32相互卡扣，俾可讓該套件30之外鎖部31與該杯體10之內鎖部13組設，使得該杯體10與該內膽20之間即使受溫度影響，而產生遇熱膨脹遇冷收縮之問題，仍不會改變前述兩者間組合之相對位置，從而達到大幅提升穩固性；更藉由該內膽20之敞口端22下方設有銜接部24，俾可讓該銜接部24之環狀凸部241與該套件30之環凹槽32相互卡扣，使該內膽20與該杯體10間之間隙移至該環狀凸部241下方，令該內膽20之敞口端22與飲用者嘴部接觸，不易滋生細菌及藏汙垢，從而達到大幅提升清洗度以及大幅提升衛生安全。
如第5至6圖所示，係本創作之第一實施例，該敞口端22之螺紋段23位於該敞口端22內緣，而該杯蓋40之螺牙段42位於該杯蓋40之凸塊43外緣，該凸塊43外緣與該杯蓋40之周壁41內緣不接觸，令該敞口端22與該杯蓋40相互配合。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種組合內膽之保溫容器，包括：一杯體，係環設一容置空間且形成一開放端，而該開放端內緣設有一內鎖部；一內膽，係環設一承置空間且形成一敞口端，其中該內膽套設於該杯體之容置空間內，而敞口端設有一螺紋段，該螺紋段下方具有一銜接部；一套件，組設於該內膽之銜接部，且該套件外表面具有一外鎖部，該外鎖部係與該杯體之內鎖部組設；一杯蓋，邊緣係向下延伸之一周壁且斷面呈ㄇ字型，該杯蓋設有一螺牙段，該螺牙段與該內膽之螺紋段以螺鎖方式活動開合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該杯體之內鎖部係為螺紋式或旋卡扣式，相對地該套件之外鎖部配合該內鎖部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該敞口端之螺紋段位於該敞口端外緣，而該杯蓋之螺牙段位於該杯蓋之周壁內緣，令該敞口端與該杯蓋相互配合。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該內膽係為玻璃材質或陶瓷材質。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該杯體係為塑膠材質或金屬材質。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該杯體更為雙層態樣，該雙層態樣之內外層可為同材質或不同材質。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該杯蓋中心向下凸伸之一凸塊，使該敞口端與該杯蓋相互配合時，該凸塊防止液體流出。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該敞口端之螺紋段位於該敞口端內緣，而該杯蓋之螺牙段位於該杯蓋之凸塊外緣，該凸塊外緣與該杯蓋之周壁內緣不接觸，令該敞口端與該杯蓋相互配合。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之組合內膽之保溫容器，其中該銜接部具有一環狀凸部，而該套件具有一配合該環狀凸部之環凹槽，令該套件套入該內膽，使該環凹槽卡扣於該環狀凸部。
