Abstract

本創作係關於一種具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,此顯示裝置包括一顯示器本體、二轉軸組件及一滑蓋,顯示器本體具有相對配置的一顯示螢幕與一背蓋、設置在顯示螢幕兩側的二滑軌及垂直配置在二滑軌之間的一側端部;二轉軸組件安裝於側端部,二轉軸組件包含對應二滑軌配置二轉軸,每一轉軸的軸心線與側端部的中心線呈平行配置;滑蓋具有沿著二滑軌滑移的二滑塊且在遮蓋顯示螢幕的一遮蓋位置與露出顯示螢幕的一顯露位置之間移動;其中,滑蓋位在顯露位置時,各滑塊與各轉軸分別以一嵌合結構相互嵌接,從而令滑蓋能以二轉軸為中心翻轉至背蓋。

Description

具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置
本創作是有關於一種能夠轉動滑蓋的顯示裝置,且特別是有關於一種具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置。
近年來,手機、平板電腦等行動裝置快速成長,使用者主要利用行動裝置進行閱讀、拍照、玩遊戲、看影片等娛樂行為。其中,行動裝置被操作時通常為直立擺放,但使用者進行玩遊戲、看影片等活動時,則會將行動裝置橫向擺放,進而方便觀看行動裝置之螢幕。
然而,行動裝置上若安裝有滑蓋,則行動裝置橫向擺放時,滑蓋容易因重力向下滑動而遮住螢幕,且使用者進行玩遊戲、看影片等活動時,往往不願手持行動裝置。因此,如何達到避免滑蓋下滑遮住螢幕,及行動裝置不須手持而可自行站立之目的,是本創作人研發之重點。
有鑑於此,本創作人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本創作人改良之目標。
本創作提供一種具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,其係利用滑蓋能以轉軸為中心翻轉至背蓋,使顯示裝置具有優良地使用便利性。
於本創作實施例中,本創作係提供一種具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,包括:一顯示器本體,具有相對配置的一顯示螢幕與一背蓋、設置在該顯示螢幕兩側的二滑軌及垂直配置在該二滑軌之間的一側端部;二轉軸組件,安裝於該側端部,該二轉軸組件包含對應該二滑軌配置二轉軸,每一該轉軸的軸心線與該側端部的中心線呈平行配置;以及一滑蓋,具有沿著該二滑軌滑移的二滑塊且在遮蓋該顯示螢幕的一遮蓋位置與露出該顯示螢幕的一顯露位置之間移動;其中,該滑蓋位在該顯露位置時,各該滑塊與各該轉軸分別以一嵌合結構相互嵌接,從而令該滑蓋能以該二轉軸為中心翻轉至該背蓋。
基於上述,顯示裝置橫向放置,且滑蓋位在顯露位置時,滑蓋能夠透過轉軸翻轉至背蓋,以避免滑蓋因重力向下滑動而遮住顯示螢幕之情形發生。
基於上述,滑蓋翻轉至背蓋時,顯示器本體與滑蓋共同呈倒V字形配置,使滑蓋變成顯示器本體的支撐架,以令顯示裝置能自行站立於桌面等平面,進而提高顯示裝置之使用便利性。
有關本創作之詳細說明及技術內容,將配合圖式說明如下,然而所附圖式僅作為說明用途,並非用於侷限本創作。
請參考圖1至圖7所示,本創作係提供一種具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,此顯示裝置10主要包括一顯示器本體1、二轉軸組件2及一滑蓋3。
如圖1至圖7所示,顯示器本體1具有相對配置的一顯示螢幕11與一背蓋12、設置在顯示螢幕11兩側的二滑軌13及垂直配置在二滑軌13之間的一側端部14。
詳細說明如下,顯示器本體1更具有一頂部15及一底部16,側端部14以垂直方式配置在頂部15與底部16之間,二滑軌13分別自頂部15與底部16上開設,且側端部14與頂部15、底部16的交接處開設有連通於二滑軌13的二樞接孔17。
如圖1至圖7所示,二轉軸組件2安裝於側端部14,且二轉軸組件2包含對應二滑軌13配置二轉軸21及鎖固於側端部14的二固定桿22,各轉軸21樞接在各固定桿22上,每一轉軸21的軸心線L2與側端部14的中心線L1呈平行配置。
進一步說明如下,每一轉軸21包含樞接在各固定桿22上的一第一轉軸211及套設在第一轉軸211上的一第二轉軸212,但不以此為限制,第一轉軸211與第二轉軸212也能彼此一體成型,各第一轉軸211與各第二轉軸212共同開設出各非圓形凹槽42,各第二轉軸212樞接於各樞接孔17。
如圖1、圖3至圖7所示,滑蓋3具有沿著二滑軌13滑移的二滑塊31,以令滑蓋3在遮蓋顯示螢幕11的一遮蓋位置與露出顯示螢幕11的一顯露位置之間移動。
其中,滑蓋3位在顯露位置時,各滑塊31與各轉軸21分別以一嵌合結構4相互嵌接,從而令滑蓋3能以二轉軸21為中心翻轉至背蓋12。
如圖4至圖7所示,每一嵌合結構4包含形成在各滑塊31上的一非圓形卡榫41及自各轉軸21上開設的一非圓形凹槽42,各非圓形卡榫41能夠嵌接於各非圓形凹槽42。
如圖3至圖7所示,本創作顯示裝置10之使用狀態,其係利用二滑塊31沿著二滑軌13滑移,直到滑蓋3位在顯露位置時,各滑塊31與各轉軸21分別以嵌合結構4相互嵌接,使各滑塊31能夠跟隨各轉軸21轉動,從而令滑蓋3能以二轉軸21為中心翻轉至背蓋12。
藉此,顯示裝置10橫向放置,且滑蓋3位在顯露位置時,滑蓋3能夠透過轉軸21翻轉至背蓋12,以避免滑蓋3因重力向下滑動而遮住顯示螢幕11之情形發生;又,滑蓋3翻轉至背蓋12時,顯示器本體1與滑蓋3共同呈一倒V字形配置,使滑蓋3變成顯示器本體1的支撐架,以令顯示裝置10能自行站立於桌面等平面,讓使用者無須作手持顯示裝置10等多餘動作,顯示器本體1即可橫向站立而供使用者進行玩遊戲、看影片等活動,進而提高顯示裝置10之使用便利性。
此外,本創作滑蓋3的外表面為鏡面,但不以此為限制,使滑蓋3位在顯露位置時,滑蓋3之鏡面能夠並列在顯示螢幕11的一側,讓使用者一邊透過鏡面照鏡子及另一邊透過顯示螢幕11檢測肌膚、接收保養美妝建議、觀看影片或應用APP,以達到相同於市面智慧鏡之功能。
綜上所述,本創作之具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,確可達到預期之使用目的,而解決習知之缺失,並具有產業利用性、新穎性與進步性,完全符合專利申請要件,爰依專利法提出申請,敬請詳查並賜准本案專利,以保障創作人之權利。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,包括:
    一顯示器本體,具有相對配置的一顯示螢幕與一背蓋、設置在該顯示螢幕兩側的二滑軌及垂直配置在該二滑軌之間的一側端部;
    二轉軸組件,安裝於該側端部,該二轉軸組件包含對應該二滑軌配置二轉軸,每一該轉軸的軸心線與該側端部的中心線呈平行配置;以及
    一滑蓋,具有沿著該二滑軌滑移的二滑塊且在遮蓋該顯示螢幕的一遮蓋位置與露出該顯示螢幕的一顯露位置之間移動;
    其中,該滑蓋位在該顯露位置時,各該滑塊與各該轉軸分別以一嵌合結構相互嵌接,從而令該滑蓋能以該二轉軸為中心翻轉至該背蓋。
  2. 如請求項1所述之具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,其中每一該嵌合結構包含形成在各該滑塊上的一非圓形卡榫及自各該轉軸上開設的一非圓形凹槽,各該非圓形卡榫能夠嵌接於各該非圓形凹槽。
  3. 如請求項2所述之具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,其中該二轉軸組件更包含鎖固於該側端部的二固定桿,各該轉軸樞接在各該固定桿上。
  4. 如請求項3所述之具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,其中每一該轉軸包含樞接在各該固定桿上的一第一轉軸及套設在該第一轉軸上的一第二轉軸,該第一轉軸與該第二轉軸共同開設出該非圓形凹槽。
  5. 如請求項4所述之具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,其中該顯示器本體更具有一頂部及一底部,該二滑軌分別自該頂部與該底部上開設,且該側端部與該頂部、該底部的交接處開設有連通於該二滑軌的二樞接孔,各該第二轉軸樞接於各該樞接孔。
  6. 如請求項1所述之具有翻轉蓋結構的顯示裝置,其中該滑蓋的外表面為鏡面。
