Abstract
本新型提供一種自攻自鑽螺釘(100),其包含:一頭部(1)、具有一螺紋(2a)之一螺紋本體(2)及一尖端(3),該尖端包含一階梯式部分(3a),該階梯式部分具有具一螺旋方向的一階梯式輪廓;該尖端(3)包含自該階梯式部分(3a)突出之一螺紋(3b)。
Description
本新型專利申請案係關於一種尤其適合於低厚度薄片金屬之自攻自鑽螺釘。
當將螺釘旋擰於低厚度薄片金屬上時,由於薄片金屬之包含於2mm與4mm之間的低厚度,藉由薄片金屬僅由螺紋之一部分固持之事實,會造成問題。
已設計出自攻自鑽螺釘以便解決此問題,該等自攻自鑽螺釘尤其適合於被旋擰於低厚度薄片金屬上。該等螺釘通常包含頭部、具有螺紋之螺紋本體以及尖端。此尖端包含階梯式部分,階梯式部分具有具螺旋方向之階梯式輪廓,其適合於在旋擰方向上深拉薄片金屬,尤其由於在旋擰操作期間外加於螺釘上之扭力,故通常使用氣動或電動螺紋刀。
儘管適合於被旋擰於薄片金屬上,但先前技術之該等螺釘由於以下事實減弱:需要施加強壓力以便將薄片金屬鑽孔且將螺釘旋擰於薄片金屬中。此缺點相當大,尤其當操作者手動旋擰該等螺釘時,操作者被迫使將強壓力施加於螺釘上以便將螺釘旋擰於薄片金屬中。

本新型之目的為藉由揭示自攻自鑽螺釘來克服先前技術之缺點,該自攻自鑽螺釘在以使得亦可手動地、快速地且不削弱操作者效率的情況下旋擰該螺釘之方式被旋擰時並不需要高壓來將薄片金屬鑽孔。
本新型之自攻自鑽螺釘包含:一頭部、具有一螺紋之一螺紋本體,及一尖端,該尖端包含一階梯式部分,該階梯式部分具備具有一螺旋方向之階梯式輪廓。
根據本新型之螺釘之特性在於:該螺釘之該尖端包含自該階梯式部分突出的一螺紋。

該螺釘(100)包含頭部(1)、具有螺紋(2a)之螺紋本體(2),及尖端(3)。
螺紋本體(2)具有恆定直徑且頭部(1)具有高於螺紋本體(2)的直徑。
尖端(3)具有以頂點(3d)終止之尖頂形狀。更精確地,尖端
(3)之直徑自頂點至螺紋本體(2)漸進並持續地增大,尖端(3)不間斷地接合至該螺紋本體。
尖端(3)包含以頂點(3d)終止之終端部分(3c),及安置於終端部分(3c)與螺紋本體(2)之間的階梯式部分(3a)。
終端部分(3c)之長度低於階梯式部分(3a)之長度且以使得藉由摩擦力產生熱且將薄片金屬鑽孔之方式進行切削。
階梯式部分(3a)與終端部分(3c)不間斷地接合且具有具螺旋方向之階梯式輪廓。
階梯式部分(3a)由於其階梯式輪廓可塑形在薄片金屬上獲得之孔之邊緣,其方式為使得孔之邊緣自相對於螺釘(100)之頭部(1)嚙合所在之側相對的側突出,且並不朝向螺釘(100)之頭部(1)突出。鑒於上述內容,螺釘(100)之頭部(1)可與薄片金屬直接嚙合。
尖端(3)包含自階梯式部分(3a)突出之螺紋(3b)。尖端(3)之該螺紋(3b)之間距與螺紋本體(2)之螺紋(2a)相同,且與螺紋本體(2)之螺紋(2a)不間斷地接合。螺紋(2a)終止於階梯式部分(3a)與終端部分(3c)之間的接面中,該接面具有平滑側向壁,而無階梯或螺紋。
由於存在尖端(3)之螺紋(3a),螺釘(100)可容易地旋擰,包括手動地、快速地且不削弱操作者效率。

- 一種自攻自鑽螺釘(100),其包含:一頭部(1);具有一螺紋(2a)之一螺紋本體(2);一尖端(3),其包含一階梯式部分(3a),該階梯式部分具有具一螺旋方向的一階梯式輪廓,該螺釘(100)之特徵在於該尖端(3)包含自該階梯式部分(3a)突出之一螺紋(3b)。
