本創作提供一種鞋墊,包含一底墊、一中間層與一表層,該底墊具有一預定厚度,該中間層係由一非牛頓流體之膠體構成,其中,該中間層夾於該底墊與該表層之間而將該底墊與該表層彼此結合。
Description
本創作係有關於一種鞋墊。
一般來說,使用者穿著的鞋子,其鞋墊或鞋底材質多半選擇EVA或PU等塑料或發泡材,其目地乃藉由預設厚度的發泡材料來提供足部行走或跑跳時之吸震、緩衝效果,讓使用者足部不會直接承受地面的反作用力。
唯,目前市面上所販售之鞋子因其鞋墊之材質及結構設計問題,雖然可提供使用者足部一緩衝、吸震功能,但其效果仍未臻完善,因此,諸如在靜態時之應力分散或者動態之跑步、跳躍所需之高反彈力同時兼固之目標,則是消費者最在意,因此如何達到一種兼固靜態應力分散久站足部不酸痛、動態時可提供足部高反彈力道之鞋墊,遂為本創作主要之改良訴求。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種鞋墊,能同時提供平時的柔軟緩衝,又能在上下衝擊較大時提供較大的反彈力量,使動作更省力、效率更佳。
為達成上述目的,本創作提供一種鞋墊,包含一底墊、一中間層與一表層,該底墊具有一預定厚度,該中間層係由一非牛頓流體之膠體構成,其中,該中間層夾於該底墊與該表層之間而將該底墊與該表層彼此結合。
藉此,本創作提供之鞋墊能提供一般行走時的柔軟緩衝性,但在跳躍或跑步等上下較為劇烈的運動時,可提供較大的反彈力量,使動作更為省力、有效率。
以下僅以實施例說明本創作可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本創作所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至圖3與圖2A,本創作提供一種鞋墊10,包含一底墊11、一中間層12與一表層13,該底墊11具有一預定厚度,該中間層12係由一非牛頓流體之膠體構成(較佳者,該中間層之厚度介於0.2至0.25毫米),其中,該中間層12夾於該底墊11與該表層13之間而將該底墊11與該表層13彼此結合。
於本實施例中,該中間層12之非牛頓流體之膠體係為多官能基之PU(聚氨酯)膠,該底墊11係由發泡材製成,該表層13係為一網布而具有複數網目,該中間層12之膠體部分滲入該些網目中。
較詳細來說,該中間層12之非牛頓流體之膠體30係先塗布於一離形紙20上後經過一烘箱40加熱,塗布有該膠體30之離形紙20再以具有該膠體30的一面與該表層13彼此壓合固定(該中間層12與該表層13之間能以熱壓結合或藉由黏著劑來彼此結合),該中間層12之另一面再以黏著劑等手段與該底墊11彼此結合固定。
特別要說明的是,由於該中間層係由多官能基之PU(聚氨酯)膠態樣之非牛頓流體之膠體所構成,透過多官能基本身之網狀分子結構排列特性,因此,當該中間層受到較緩和的壓迫時,經、緯向組成之網狀分子會提供水平向及垂直向之相互牽扯抵消力道,使得鞋墊受力部份就像一般墊體一樣漸漸下陷,令鞋墊與足部更服貼、包覆性更佳,同時增加足部的接觸面積而獲得應力分散、久站更舒服功能;反之當該中間層受到瞬間且強烈的衝擊時,該中間層不會明顯下陷,反而是提供一明顯的回彈力;因此,當使用者於一般行走時,瞬間衝擊力較小,該中間層會隨之下陷,進而提供使用者柔軟且具緩衝效果的踩踏觸感;另一方面,當使用者跳躍或跑步時,會施予該中間層較大的瞬間衝擊力,而該中間層會立刻回饋一回彈力,幫助使用者將腳提起,有利於進行跳躍動作或持續跑步。
綜上所述,本創作提供之鞋墊具有以非牛頓流體之膠體製成的中間層,能滿足一般行走時的柔軟緩衝觸感與跑跳時的回彈助力,使製成的鞋體可作多用途之使用,不侷限於特定狹隘用途,極具進步之效。

Claims (9)
- 一種鞋墊,包含: 一底墊,具有一預定厚度; 一中間層,係由一非牛頓流體之膠體構成; 一表層; 其中,該中間層夾於該底墊與該表層之間而將該底墊與該表層彼此結合。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該中間層之非牛頓流體之膠體係為多官能基之PU(聚氨酯)膠。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該底墊係由發泡材製成。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該表層係為一網布而具有複數網目,該中間層之膠體部分滲入該些網目中。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該中間層之非牛頓流體之膠體係先塗布於一離形紙上後經過一烘箱加熱,塗布有該膠體之離形紙再以具有該膠體的一面與該表層彼此壓合固定,該中間層之另一面再與該底墊彼此結合固定。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該中間層背向該表層的一面係藉一黏著劑與該底墊結合。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該中間層與該表層之間係以熱壓結合。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該中間層與該表層之間係以一黏著劑彼此結合。
- 如請求項1所述之鞋墊,其中該中間層之厚度介於0.2至0.25毫米。
