Description

易組裝及低噪音之遙控器
本創作係關於一種遙控器,尤指一種易組裝及低噪音之遙控器。
習知家用之電視或機上盒等電器設備之遙控器主要結構由上而下依序包括有:一設有多數穿孔之上蓋、一具有對應該多數穿孔之多數按鍵之按鍵組、一電路板、及一下蓋,以於組裝後,該多數按鍵可由該多數穿孔暴露出而供使用者按壓來進行電視或機上盒之操控,而由於電器設備之複雜化而使得遙控器之按鍵的數量增多,且遙控器亦越趨薄型化,致使遙控器之機構設計複雜而不易組裝,此外,於連續按壓遙控器之按鍵時,按鍵之機械活動亦容易於遙控器之內部空間被放大而產生極大之噪音,實不甚理想,而有予以改進之必要。
本創作之主要目的係在提供一種易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其結構設計為易於組裝且內部空間分隔成較多之小空間以有效達成降低噪音之效果。
為達成上述目的,本創作之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器包括有:一上蓋,係為一平面片狀體,具有一表面、對向之第一邊及第二邊、及對向之第三邊及第四邊,該表面設有多數個穿孔,該第三邊及第四邊分別凸設有多數個卡勾;一橡膠按鍵部,係為一橡膠片狀體,其上形成有多數個橡膠按鍵,該多數個橡膠按鍵係對應穿過該上蓋之多數個個穿孔;一電路板,具有一上表面及一下表面、對向之第一邊及第二邊、及對向之第三邊及第四邊,該上表面上設有多數個金屬圓鍵(metal dome)及一遙控器電路,該多數個金屬圓鍵係對應該多數個橡膠按鍵;一下蓋,係為一兩側向上延伸之圓弧片狀體,具有一底面、對向之第一邊及第二邊、及對向之第三邊及第四邊,該底面上設有三個以上之分隔肋及一電池容置開口,該第三邊及第四邊分別設置有多數個凹槽,該多數個凹槽係對應該上蓋之多數個卡勾,以使該下蓋結合於該上蓋;以及一電池蓋體,蓋設於該下蓋之電池容置開口。
以上概述與接下來的詳細說明皆為示範性質,是為了進一步說明本創作的申請專利範圍,而有關本創作的其他目的與優點,將在後續的說明與圖示加以闡述。
請參閱圖1、及圖2所示之本創作一較佳實施例之分解圖、及其組合後之立體圖,本創作之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器包括有:一上蓋10、一橡膠按鍵部20、一電路板30、一下蓋40、及一電池蓋體50。
一併參照圖3所示為該上蓋10之仰視圖,該上蓋10係為一平面片狀體,具有一表面105、對向之第一邊101及第二邊102、及對向之第三邊103及第四邊104,該表面105設有多數個穿孔106,該第三邊103及第四邊104分別凸設有多數個卡勾107。該上蓋10之第一邊101凸設有一第一電路板卡制部108,該上蓋10之第二邊102凸設有一第二電路板卡制部109。另,該上蓋10之第三邊103及第四邊104分別設置有多數個凸柱110,且該上蓋10之第三邊103及第四邊104分別設置有多數個定位牆111,較佳地,該等卡勾107與該等凸柱110係交替設置。此外,該上蓋10於接近其第二邊102處設有兩螺絲母座112。
再請參閱圖1、及圖2,該橡膠按鍵部20係為一橡膠片狀體,其上形成有多數個橡膠按鍵201,該多數個橡膠按鍵201係對應穿過該上蓋10之多數個穿孔106,以於組裝後,該多數個橡膠按鍵201可由該多數個穿孔106暴露出而供使用者按壓來進行遙控。
一併參照圖4所示為該電路板30之背面圖,該電路板30具有一上表面305及一下表面306、對向之第一邊301及第二邊302、及對向之第三邊303及第四邊304,該上表面305上設有多數個金屬圓鍵(metal dome)307及一遙控器電路308,該多數個金屬圓鍵307係對應該多數個橡膠按鍵201,以使橡膠按鍵201被按壓時,金屬圓鍵307被作動而導通來驅動該遙控器電路308。該電路板30之下表面306上設有兩電池接觸彈片309, 310及一紅外線發射器311,該電路板30之第一邊301及第二邊302係分別卡設於該上蓋10之第一電路板卡制部108及第二電路板卡制部109,以將該橡膠按鍵部20穩固地夾置於該上蓋10與該電路板30之間。此外,該電路板30於接近其第一邊301處設有兩孔洞312,而於組裝時,該電路板30之第三邊303及第四邊304係恰容置於該上蓋10之多數個定位牆111之內。
一併參照圖5所示為該下蓋40之背面圖,該下蓋40係為一兩側向上延伸之圓弧片狀體,具有一底面405、對向之第一邊401及第二邊402、及對向之第三邊403及第四邊404,該底面405上設有三個以上之分隔肋406及一電池容置開口407,該第三邊403及第四邊404分別設置有多數個凹槽408,該多數個凹槽408係對應該上蓋10之多數個卡勾107,以藉由將該等卡勾107分別嵌入於該等凹槽408中,而使該下蓋40輕易地結合於該上蓋10。
該下蓋40於其電池容置開口407之一面上設有一插槽409,該插槽409內插設有一電池串接片410,一併參照圖6A所示為電池串接片410之正面視圖、及圖6B所示為圖6A沿A-A’切線之電池串接片410的側面視圖,該電池串接片410係由一金屬線繞設出兩接觸部4101,4102及一位於兩接觸部4101,4102間並連接兩接觸部4101,4102之倒U型線4103所構成,該倒U型線4103與該兩接觸部4101,4102係略成一斜角θ,如此,該電池串接片410插設於該插槽409時,該倒U型線4103因於插槽409內受壓制而使該電池串接片410可穩固地容置於該插槽409中。另,該下蓋40於其電池容置開口407之一面上設有一插入孔411,而該電池蓋體50則具有一卡柱501以插設於該下蓋40之插入孔411,俾將電池蓋體50穩固地蓋設於該電池容置開口407。
此外,可選擇地,該下蓋40之第一邊401具有一缺口412,該缺口412處係供裝設一紅外線可穿透罩體413。該下蓋40於接近其第一邊401處向上延伸有二定位柱414,以插設於該電路板30之兩孔洞312。該下蓋40之第三邊403及第四邊404分別設置有多數個凹孔417,其係對應該上蓋10之多數個凸柱110,以使該上蓋10與下蓋40結合時,該上蓋10之多數個凸柱110係插設於該下蓋之多數個凹孔417。又該下蓋40於接近其第二邊402處設有兩螺絲穿孔415,其係對應該上蓋10之兩螺絲母座112,以供使用兩螺絲416固接該上蓋10及下蓋40,而完成該遙控器之組裝。而由於該下蓋40之底面405上設有三個以上之分隔肋406,故可將組裝後的遙控器之內部空間分隔成五等分以上之小空間,因此,按壓橡膠按鍵201而作動金屬圓鍵307所引起之噪音不會產生共振而被放大,進而達成低噪音之效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,包括有:  一上蓋,係為一平面片狀體,具有一表面、對向之第一邊及第二邊、及對向之第三邊及第四邊,該表面設有多數個穿孔,該第三邊及第四邊分別凸設置有多數個卡勾; 一橡膠按鍵部,係為一橡膠片狀體,其上形成有多數個橡膠按鍵,該多數個橡膠按鍵係對應穿過該上蓋之多數個個穿孔; 一電路板,具有一上表面及一下表面、對向之第一邊及第二邊、及對向之第三邊及第四邊,該上表面上設有多數個金屬圓鍵(metal dome)及一遙控器電路,該多數個金屬圓鍵係對應該多數個橡膠按鍵; 一下蓋,係為一兩側向上延伸之圓弧片狀體,具有一底面、對向之第一邊及第二邊、及對向之第三邊及第四邊,該底面上設有三個以上之分隔肋及一電池容置開口,該第三邊及第四邊分別設置有多數個凹槽,該多數個凹槽係對應該上蓋之多數個卡勾,以使該下蓋結合於該上蓋;以及 一電池蓋體,蓋設於該下蓋之電池容置開口。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該上蓋之第一邊凸設有一第一電路板卡制部,該上蓋之第二邊凸設有一第二電路板卡制部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該電路板之下表面上設有兩電池接觸彈片及一紅外線發射器,該電路板之第一邊及第二邊分別卡設於該上蓋之第一電路板卡制部及第二電路板卡制部,以使該橡膠按鍵部夾置於該上蓋與該電路板之間。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該下蓋於其電池容置開口之一面上設有一插槽,該插槽內插設有一電池串接片,該電池串接片係由一金屬線繞設出兩接觸部及一位於兩接觸部間並連接兩接觸部之倒U型線所構成,該倒U型線與該兩接觸部係略成一斜角。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該下蓋於其電池容置開口之一面上設有一插入孔,該電池蓋體具有一卡柱以插設於該下蓋之插入孔。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該電路板於接近其第一邊處設有兩孔洞,該下蓋於接近其第一邊處向上延伸有二定位柱,以插設於該電路板之兩孔洞。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該下蓋於接近其第二邊處設有兩螺絲穿孔,該上蓋於接近其第二邊處設有兩螺絲母座,以供使用兩螺絲固接該上蓋及下蓋。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該上蓋之第三邊及第四邊分別設置有多數個凸柱,該下蓋之第三邊及第四邊分別設置有多數個凹孔,該上蓋之多數個凸柱係分別對應該下蓋之多數個凹孔,以使該上蓋與下蓋結合時,該上蓋之多數個凸柱係插設於該下蓋之多數個凹孔。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該上蓋之第三邊及第四邊分別設置有多數個定位牆,以容置定位該電路板之第三邊及第四邊。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之易組裝及低噪音之遙控器,其中,該下蓋之第一邊具有一缺口,該缺口處係裝設有一紅外線可穿透罩體。
