Description

耐曲折紙板
本創作係有關於一種耐曲折紙板，尤指一種具有良好抗曲折強度及耐壓強度，可承載重壓不彎曲變形之耐曲折紙板。
按，現有建築用板材及包裝材等主要由木材、塑膠及金屬等製成，其中，木製建材或包裝材等其木材係透過砍伐森林樹木而來，有破壞生態環境問題，且於使用一段時間後，木材容易發生腐爛，又塑膠製建材或包裝材等則須製作模具射出成形、製造成本高，且廢品無法自然分解，易造成環境污染，另金屬製建材或包裝材重量沉重，造價及運送成本高，且於搬運時尖銳邊角易割傷搬運人員或貨物等問題。
因此，有鑑於木材、塑膠及金屬製建材或包裝材等於實施使用上有環保、成本等諸多缺失，乃有業者研發紙製建材或包裝材等，該紙製建材或包裝材係可採再生紙板製作，故可降低材料成本、並於使用後可回收再生，減少廢棄物符合市場需求，且重量輕易搬運。然，現有紙製建材或包裝材普遍存在耐曲折強度不足、承載強度差、容易發生曲折變形等缺失，而嚴重影響使用上的安全性，因此，如何改良紙質板材支撐力及耐曲折力等，係現今業界最注重課題。
緣是，本創作人有鑑於現有紙製建材或包裝材於實施使用上有耐曲折強度不足、承載強度差、容易發生彎曲變形等缺失，乃藉其多年於相關領域的製造及設計經驗和知識的輔佐，並經多方巧思，針對現有提供建材或包裝材製作之紙板結構進行研發改良，而研創出本創作。
本創作係有關於一種耐曲折紙板，其主要目的係為了提供一種具有良好抗曲折強度及耐壓強度，可承載重壓不彎曲變形之耐曲折紙板。
為了達到上述實施目的，本創作人乃研擬如下耐曲折紙板，係主要包含：
至少一支撐單元，該支撐單元係由複數呈ㄈ型紙板對應相疊加壓黏結而成；
至少一承載單元，該承載單元係由複數直立設置之瓦楞紙板併排黏結而成，乃使該承載單元黏結於該支撐單元其ㄈ型缺口一側端面及相對該ㄈ型缺口另側端面的其中之一或其組合。
如上所述之耐曲折紙板，其中，該耐曲折紙板係進一步包含有一包覆單元，該包覆單元係包含一上紙板及一下紙板，乃使該上紙板與下紙板分別位於該相黏結之支撐單元及承載單元的上、下方，並與該支撐單元及承載單元上端面及下端面相黏結。
如上所述之耐曲折紙板，其中，該包覆單元係進一步包含二側紙板，乃使該二側紙板分別位於相黏結之支撐單元及承載單元其最外二側處，以與最外二側之支撐單元或承載單元其外側端面相黏結。
藉此，利用複數厚紙板相疊加壓黏結而成ㄈ型支撐單元提供樑柱般抗彎折功能，及由複數直立併排瓦楞紙板黏結組成承載單元所具良好耐壓承載強度，以於承受重壓時維持不彎曲變形效果，依此，俾提高紙質板材作為建材或包裝材等使用時安全性，另藉由於黏結後支撐單元及承載單元其上、下及左、右等側黏結呈平坦狀上紙板、下紙板及二側紙板設置，係可更進一步提高本創作作為建材或包裝材等使用時的美觀性者。
而為令本創作之技術手段及其所能達成之效果，能夠有更完整且清楚的揭露，茲詳細說明如下，請一併參閱揭露之圖式及圖號：
首先，請參閱第一、二圖所示，為本創作之耐曲折紙板，係主要包含：
至少一支撐單元（１），該支撐單元（１）係由複數呈ㄈ型紙板對應相疊，並加壓黏結而成；
至少一承載單元（２），該承載單元（２）係由複數直立設置之瓦楞紙板（２１）併排黏結而成，乃使該承載單元（２）黏結於該支撐單元（１）其ㄈ型缺口（１１）一側端面及相對該ㄈ型缺口（１１）另側端面的其中之一或其組合；
一包覆單元（３），係包含一上紙板（３１）及一下紙板（３２），該上、下紙板（３１）、（３２）係為厚紙板，乃使該上紙板（３１）與下紙板（３２）分別位於該相黏結之支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）上、下方，並與該支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）上端面及下端面相黏結。
據此，當組裝實施時，係利用一支撐單元（１）於其ㄈ型缺口（１１）一側端面及相對該ㄈ型缺口（１１）另側端面其中之一黏結承載單元（２）之配置，以將第一承載單元（２）黏結於第一支撐單元（１）其ㄈ型缺口（１１）該端面，繼將第二承載單元（２）黏結於該第一支撐單元（１）相對其ㄈ型缺口（１１）另端面，續將第二支撐單元（１）其ㄈ型缺口（１１）端面黏結於該第二承載單元（２）相對與第一支撐單元（１）黏結之另端面，依此順序以將複數支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）黏結組成所需材積，再配合結合後之支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）所具材積，取拿與該材積對應之上紙板（３１）及下紙板（３２），以鋪設於該結合後支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）的上端面及下端面處，而與該結合後支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）上、下端面相黏結，以組成本創作之耐曲折紙板。
藉此，當將本創作之耐曲折紙板作為包裝材使用時，係可將貨物放置於平坦上紙板（３１），以使貨物可平穩放置，當欲利用堆高機進行貨物搬運、倉儲時，堆高機之貨叉係可插入該ㄈ型支撐單元（１）處，由於該ㄈ型支撐單元（１）係由複數厚紙板相疊加壓黏結而成，故有極高的負載能力，可以承受堆高機其貨叉的頂撐力道，另由於承載單元（２）係由複數瓦楞紙板（２１）直立併排黏結而成，故可有效提高承載貨物時的荷重強度，不致發生彎曲變形情形，另將本創作之耐曲折紙板作為建材使用時，該ㄈ型支撐單元（１）亦可發揮如支撐樑柱般抗彎折功能，並藉由該直立併排瓦楞紙板（２１）黏結組成承載單元（２）所具良好耐壓承載強度，以於承受重壓時仍可維持不彎曲變形效果，依此，俾提高紙質板材作為建材或包裝材等使用時安全性者。
另請一併參閱第三圖所示，為本創作之耐曲折紙板另一實施例，本創作係使該包覆單元（３）進一步包含有二側紙板（３３），乃使該二側紙板（３３）分別位於相黏結之支撐單元（１）及承載單元（２）其最外二側處，以與最外二側之支撐單元（１）或承載單元（２）其外側端面相黏結，於此，利用該上、下及左、右呈平坦狀之上紙板（３１）、下紙板（３２）及二側紙板（３３）的包覆，係可更提高本創作外觀之美觀性者。
前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本創作之耐曲折紙板實施樣態，凡所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者所為之適當變化或修飾，皆應視為不脫離本創作之耐曲折紙板專利範疇。
由上述結構及實施方式可知，本創作係具有如下優點：
1.本創作之耐曲折紙板係利用ㄈ型紙板形成支撐單元及複數直立併排瓦楞紙板黏結而成的承載單元搭配結合的構造設計，即可有效提高紙製建材或包裝材的耐曲折強度、承載強度等性質，以避免於進行搬運等時突然發生彎曲變形情形，以增加使用上安全性。
2.本創作之耐曲折紙板係於相黏結後之支撐單元及承載單元其上、下及左、右等側黏結有呈平坦狀之上紙板、下紙板及二側紙板，以使本創作提供作為建材或包裝材等使用時的美觀性。
綜上所述，本創作之實施例確能達到所預期功效，又其所揭露之具體構造，不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中，亦未曾公開於申請前，誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求，爰依法提出新型專利之申請，懇請惠予審查，並賜准專利，則實感德便。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種耐曲折紙板，係主要包含： 至少一支撐單元，該支撐單元係由複數呈ㄈ型紙板對應相疊加壓黏結而成； 至少一承載單元，該承載單元係由複數直立設置之瓦楞紙板併排黏結而成，乃使該承載單元黏結於該支撐單元其ㄈ型缺口一側端面及相對該ㄈ型缺口另側端面的其中之一或其組合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述耐曲折紙板，其中，該耐曲折紙板係進一步包含有一包覆單元，該包覆單元係包含一上紙板及一下紙板，乃使該上紙板與下紙板分別位於該相黏結之支撐單元及承載單元的上、下方，並與該支撐單元及承載單元上端面及下端面相黏結。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述耐曲折紙板，其中，該包覆單元係進一步包含二側紙板，乃使該二側紙板分別位於相黏結之支撐單元及承載單元其最外二側處，以與最外二側之支撐單元或承載單元其外側端面相黏結。
