  另一方面,如第4圖所示,若該滾筒濾網12產生破損,則切削液4將可在未經過濾的情形下直接通過滾筒上的破洞而排出排屑機外。此時由於該容槽13內的切削液4未受到滾筒濾網12過濾的阻力即可排出,導致切削液4的流速過快而使該容槽13內的液位高度降低。同前述,該容槽13內切削液4的低液位將由該檢測裝置2以連通管原理同步測知,而可即時顯示此液位資訊,俾供操作人員參考。
  於本實施例中,該檢測裝置2設有一警報單元(圖中未示),且該檢測裝置2可設定啟動警報的液位高度標準,當該檢測裝置2檢測該容槽13內切削液4的液位高於高標或低於低標時,該警報單元會發出警報,藉以提示操作人員注意。
  藉由上述說明,本創作將排屑機的運作狀態轉換為一量化標準,亦即以該容槽13內切削液4之液位高度為基準,藉以評估、判斷排屑機的運作狀態,而可在排屑機發生異常狀況之前即加以因應,達到維持排屑機的工作效率及保護排屑機之功效。
  惟,以上實施例之揭示乃用以說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作,故舉凡等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本創作之範疇。

As described above, the low liquid level of the cutting fluid 4 in the tank 13 will be synchronously detected by the detecting device 2 on the principle of the communication tube, and the liquid level information can be displayed immediately for reference by the operator.
In the embodiment, the detecting device 2 is provided with an alarm unit (not shown), and the detecting device 2 can set a liquid level height standard for starting the alarm, and when the detecting device 2 detects the cutting fluid in the container 13 When the liquid level is higher than the high level or lower than the low level, the alarm unit will give an alarm to alert the operator.
