Description

收納式封口機
本創作係關於一種收納式封口機,尤指一種適用於塑膠袋或塑膠材質薄片密封之收納式封口機。
目前市面上已有多種輕便可攜帶之小型封口機。近幾年來,各家廠商針對習知技術也有多種改良技術,如中華民國專利公告號第M394289號之「電熱封口機之改良結構」,請參閱圖7,係習知封口機之立體圖。該封口機9主要包括有一底座92、與該底座92卡合之主支撐座體951、前支撐座體952及後支撐座體953、以及樞設於該底座92之壓合蓋97,其中,在底座92之底部設有一可旋式之擴充模組96,該擴充模組96係為一刀片組件,此外,電熱式封口機之內部結構,基本上係以電池提供電能,並在按壓壓合蓋97之過程中透過電熱模組93將電能轉變為熱能輸出,藉以進行密封封口之作業。
然而,習知封口機在使用完畢後,壓合蓋97與底座92之間仍會存在一間隙,無法將壓合蓋97之蓋體完全收納於底座92中,所佔體積較大,也因此電熱模組93暴露 於外,有可能被使用者誤觸啟動電熱模組發熱造成傷害以及能源浪費。再者,在量產的過程中,若能減少每一封口機之所占空間,可更減少運輸及儲存上的開銷,創作人緣因於此,本於積極創作之精神,亟思一種可以解決上述問題之收納式封口機,幾經研究實驗終至完成本創作。
本創作之目的係在提供一種收納式封口機,除了具備傳統可攜式封口機之便利性之外,藉由改良式之滑動機構,俾能讓使用者在使用完畢後將封口機變更為收納狀態,有效減少所占體積及損壞機率。
為達成上述目的,本創作一實施態樣提供一種封口機,其包括一底座、一電熱模組、一回彈機構、一支撐座體、一壓合蓋及一滑移板。底座設有二前插置槽、一後插置槽、一電池室及一樞轉座,二前插置槽係分別插設有一前接觸片,後插置槽插設有至少一後接觸片;電熱模組設置於該底座上;回彈機構設置於該底座上;支撐座體包括至少二容置槽並且卡接於底座;壓合蓋具有一滑槽,樞設於底座之樞轉座上;滑移板固設有一止擋塊,滑移板之二側邊滑設於壓合蓋之滑槽內;其中,在收納狀態下,滑動滑移板至一卡合位置,使得止擋塊係卡合於容置槽內。藉此,收納式封口機包含一種滑動機構,使用者可透過改變該滑動機構的位置,將止擋塊卡合於容置槽內,使得整體外型為一長方體。
反之,在使用狀態下,滑動滑移板至一啟動位 置,使得耐熱絕緣體係對應於電熱模組且止擋塊遠離容置槽。藉此,在進行電熱密封封口時,滑移板之耐熱絕緣體係對應壓合底座之電熱模組,使得塑膠袋口能順利密封,而此時壓合蓋與底座間也存在空隙,具有一傾斜角。
此外,在本創作之收納式封口機中,電熱模組可包括一凸型絕緣體、一電熱部及一前彈簧。電熱部設置於凸型絕緣體上,前彈簧設置於凸型絕緣體及底座之一前承載部之間;凸型絕緣體係穿設於前支撐座體之一穿孔。
在本創作之收納式封口機中,回彈機構可為單純一彈性件也可為一安全開關,彈性件包括一頂掣件及一後彈簧,後彈簧容置於後承載部內,並抵頂於頂掣件及底座之間;頂掣件穿設於後支撐座體之一穿孔。安全開關則包括一電子開關或者等效元件,限制電熱機構於未按壓回彈裝置時呈現斷路狀態。
在本創作之收納式封口機中,滑移板可更包括一擴充模組。該擴充模組可為一刀片組件,其包括有刀片與扣合該刀片之組合件。並且,刀片可為一安全刀片,其可以是陶瓷材料、鋼片…之等效材質。
在本創作之收納式封口機中,支撐座體可以分開為一主支撐座體、一前支撐座體及一後支撐座體,分別卡接於底座,其可皆為獨立分件。較佳地,主支撐座體、一前支撐座體及一後支撐座體亦可為一體成型。
在本創作之收納式封口機中,至少二容置槽可為三容置槽,其分別為一第一容置槽、一第二容置槽及一第三 容置槽,其依序可分別於滑移板處於卡合位置時,在主支撐座體之第一容置槽容置該耐熱絕緣體;於滑移板處於切割位置時,擴充模組與支撐座體之切割點相對應,以及於滑移板處於卡合位置時,在主支撐座體之第二容置槽容置擴充模組與在第三容置槽容置止擋塊。。

請參閱圖1以及圖2,係本創作一較佳實施例之收納式封口機之爆炸圖及立體圖。由圖1及圖2所示,一種 收納式封口機1,其包括:一底座2、一電熱模組3、一回彈機構4、一支撐座體5、一滑移板6及一壓合蓋7。
如圖1所示,底座2具有一底座磁鐵20,其設置二前插置槽21、一後插置槽22,坐落於一中央電池室23之兩側,其中,前插置槽21插設有二前接觸片211,而後插置槽插22設有一後接觸片221,藉以建構出一迴路,將安插於電池室23之電池231電力傳遞出去。此外,在前插置槽21之前端另設置三前固定孔25及一前承載部27;相對地,在後插置槽22之後端另設置二後固定孔26、一後承載部28以及一樞轉座24。另外,在底座2外殼體之側邊設有四卡扣孔29,所述前固定孔25、後固定孔26及卡扣孔29係對應卡接支撐座體5。
電熱模組3包括一凸型絕緣體31、一電熱部32及一前彈簧33。電熱部32設置於凸型絕緣體31上,其內具有一電熱線(未圖示)設置於凸型絕緣體31之上表面且與二前接觸片211電性連接,前彈簧33設置於凸型絕緣體31及底座2之一前承載部27之間;此外,透過二片前接觸片211及後接觸片221將電池室23內電池231的電力導引至電熱線上。藉此,在收納式封口機之電力迴路中,將電能轉變為熱能釋出。
接著,本實施例中另設有一回彈機構4,其中該回彈機構4係為一彈性件,包括有一頂掣件41及一後彈簧42。後彈簧42容置於後承載部28內,並抵頂於頂掣件41及底座2之間。回彈機構4亦可擴充為一安全開關,使用者必 須同時按壓電熱模組3的電熱部32及回彈機構4之頂掣件41,才能正確讓迴路相連使電熱線發熱。因此,使用者不會因為誤觸電熱模組3而有被燙傷之虞。
請繼續參閱圖1,支撐座體5包括一主支撐座體51、一前支撐座體52及一後支撐座體53。主支撐座體51之上表面設置有三容置槽,包括一第一容置槽511、一第二容置槽512及一第三容置槽513,並透過四卡扣件514將主支撐座體51對應卡扣於底座2之四卡扣孔29內;前支撐座體52具有一穿孔521,前述凸型絕緣體31之凸緣係穿設於該穿孔521中,並透過三前固定柱522將前支撐座體52對應卡接底座2之三前固定孔25;再者,後支撐座體53具有一穿孔531,前述頂掣件41之凸緣係穿設於該穿孔531中,並透過二後固定柱532將後支撐座體52對應卡接底座2之二後固定孔26。藉此,支撐座體5之各構件可分別與底座2卡固,使用者可移除支撐座體5以進行裝填或卸載電池,完畢後再將其卡固於該底座2上。
再者,請同時參閱圖1及圖2,壓合蓋7樞設於底座2之樞轉座24上,並具有一滑槽71;一耐熱絕緣體61固設於滑移板6上,並於該耐熱絕緣體61之上表面設置有一耐熱絕緣覆蓋片611,作為額外保護機制。而滑移板6係以二側邊60滑設於壓合蓋7之滑槽71內,可沿滑槽71在滑槽方向上直線前後滑移。在本實施例中,除了固設有耐熱絕緣體61之外,更包括一擴充模組62及一止擋塊63,其中,擴充模組62係為一刀片組件,包括有第一組合件622、一刀片 621、及一第二組合件623,刀片621組設於第一組合件622與第二組合件623之間,使刀片621得以壓合而以利切割塑膠製品。並且,刀片可為一陶瓷安全刀片,其可以是陶瓷材料、鋼片…之等效材質。此外,壓合蓋7內側設置有至少二定位孔(未圖示),用以限制滑移板6之滑移距離並協助定位,滑移板6上設置有一止擋塊63,於滑移板位於一卡合位置時對應於主支撐座體51之第三容置室513進行卡合收納。綜上所述,滑移板6從前端到後端依序設有耐熱絕緣體61、擴充模組62及止擋塊63。可於滑移板6處於卡合位置時,在主支撐座體51之第一容置槽511容置該耐熱絕緣體61;於滑移板6處於切割位置時,該擴充模組62與主支撐座體51之切割點50相對應,以及於滑移板6處於卡合位置時,在主支撐座體51之第二容置槽512容置擴充模組62與在第三容置槽513容置止擋塊63。
請參閱圖3及圖4,係本創作一第一實施例之收納式封口機之使用狀態之側視圖及收納狀態之側視圖。如圖3所示,在使用狀態下,滑動滑移板6至一啟動位置,其係將滑動滑移板6朝前端滑動,使得耐熱絕緣體61對應至下方之凸型絕緣體31,且止擋塊63遠離支撐座體5之第一容置槽511;相對地,如圖4所示,在收納狀態下,滑動滑移板6至一卡合位置,使得耐熱絕緣體61容置於第一容置槽511內且止擋塊63卡合於主支撐座體51之第三容置槽513。其中,在收納狀態下,擴充模組62及止擋塊63可對應容置於主支撐座體51之第二容置槽512及第三容置槽513,藉以使壓合 蓋7密合殼體2並使整體外型似為一長方體,有效減少所占體積及損壞機率。另外在切割狀態下(未圖示),滑動滑移板6至一切割位置,擴充模組62可對應於主支撐座體51之切割點50,完成切割功能。
接著,請參閱圖5及圖6,係本創作一第二實施例之收納式封口機之立體圖、第二實施例之底座及壓合蓋之分解圖。在本第二實施例中,收納式封口機8之結構及與第一實施例大致相同,為不同之處在於底座82、底蓋820及壓合蓋87的流線曲面造型,提供外型上更多的潮流元素。此外,底座82係與主支撐座體851為一體式之結構,其電池須從後側邊進行取放,相較第一實施例在結構配置上略有出入,獨具另一種風格。因此本創作之支撐座體並不僅限於分離式卡合結構,亦可為一體成型之配置方式。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種收納式封口機,包括:一底座,其上設有二前插置槽、一後插置槽、一電池室及一樞轉座,該二前插置槽係分別插設有一前接觸片,該後插置槽插設有至少一後接觸片;一電熱模組,其設置於該底座上;一回彈機構,其設置於該底座上;一支撐座體,其包括至少二容置槽並且卡接於該底座;一壓合蓋,其具有一滑槽,樞設於該底座之該樞轉座上;以及一滑移板,其固設有一耐熱絕緣體以及至少一止擋塊,該滑移板之二側邊滑設於該壓合蓋之該滑槽內;其中,在收納狀態下,該滑移板位於一卡合位置,使得該止擋塊係容置於該支撐座體之該容置槽內。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該滑移板更包括一擴充模組。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該擴充模組係為一刀片組件並且連接於止擋塊旁。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之收納式封口機,其中,在使用狀態下,該滑移板位於一啟動位置,使得該耐熱絕緣體係對應底座之電熱模組,並使得止擋塊遠離該容置槽。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之收納式封口機,其中,在切割狀態下,該滑移板位於一切割位置,使得該擴充模組係對應於該支撐座體之一切割點。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該電熱模組包括一凸型絕緣體、一電熱部及一前彈簧。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該回彈機構係為一彈性件,可使用彈簧或者任何等效物品達到回彈之功能。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該回彈機構係擴充為一安全開關,需同時按壓該電熱模組與該回彈機構才可啟動電熱功能。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該壓合蓋內側可設置至少一定位孔,讓該滑移板可以精準定位於該啟動位置,該卡合位置以及該切割位置。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該支撐座體可以分開為一主支撐座體、一前支撐座體及一後支撐座體,分別卡接於該底座,其中,該主支撐座體包括至少二容置槽。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該支撐座體之容置槽係為三容置槽,其分別為一第一容置槽、一第二容置槽及一第三容置槽,其依序可分別於該滑移板處於該卡合位置時,在該第一容置槽容置該耐熱絕緣體;於該滑移板處於該切割位置時,在該擴充模組與切割點相對應;於該滑移板處於該卡合位置時,於該第三容置槽容置該止擋塊與第二容置槽容置該擴充模組。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之收納式封口機,其中,該底座之底部可安裝一磁鐵,讓產品可以吸附於金屬家具之上。
