本創作係有關一種祭拜用的香,尤指一種電子香的結構。

如第8圖所示,為習用之電子香,主要係一外管91的一端設有一發光元件92,且於外管91之中設有電池93,透過該電池93對發光元件92供電,俾供發光元件92發光,藉此模擬香點燃時之型體。
然而,雖習用之電子香能以發光元件92的發光而模擬香點燃的型體,惟外管91和發光元件92在結構上仍可清楚的看出為二元件之結合,故整體構造有不夠擬真的問題,而有進一步改善之必要。

本實施例提供一種電子香的結構,其係如第1至2圖所示,包括本體1和光源2,其中:

如第2圖所示,本實施例之本體1呈直條狀,該本體1外部以一硬質之管件13穿設,且在該管件13外部包覆一不透光且為霧面之皮膜14。管件13於本實施例中為白鐵管,而皮膜14為熱縮套管。
如第2圖所示,於本實施例中進一步設有一燈座3,該光源2於本實施例中為LED燈而設於該燈座3,該燈座3中並設有供電給該光源2之電池4和該光源2電性連接,且設有一控制該光源開或關的控制開關5,此控制開關5於本實施例中為水銀開關,該燈座3結合於該入光端12且該光源2對著該入光端12的端緣。
藉由其本體1材質為光纖,且具有預定長度,本體1具有為粗糙表面之發光端11,藉此模擬香的外型(如本實施例模擬為線香的造型);在使用時,將本體1立起而讓前述為水銀開關之控制開關5導通,經由光源2通電發光而讓光線由入光端進入本體1,且因本體1於兩端之間的表面(於此即該皮膜14所顯示之表面)不透光,而令光線通過該本體1只在該發光端11發散而亮著,藉此如所3圖所示模擬香點燃的型態,而達到擬真的效果。
當然,本創作仍存在許多例子,其間僅細節上之變化。請參閱第4圖,其係本創作之第二實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異在於該光纖靠近該發光端者11,設有一側邊發光段15,藉由該側邊發光的光纖,一樣有燃燒擬真的效果。
再者,亦可如第5圖及第6圖,其係本創作之第三實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異在於可於該發光端11套設有套件16,該套件可將該光源導引擴散。
最後,本創作仍存在許多例子,其間僅細節上之變化。請參閱第7圖,其係本創作之第四實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異在於,該本體1A呈螺旋狀,且在該本體1A外部包覆一不透光且為霧面之皮膜14A,燈座3A內設有如第一實施例所述之光源2、電池4和控制開關5,藉此模擬環香之造型,以達到如前揭實施例所述擬真之功效。
此外,第一實施例所述之光源2不限定設置在燈座3內,亦可直接設於該入光端12,而燈座3同樣設有前述供電給該光源2之電池4,以及控制該光源2開或關的控制開關5(如前所述為水銀開關),該燈座3結合於該入光端12且供該電池4和該光源2電性連接,藉此亦可達到與第一實施例相同之功效。
