  一種先前技術如我國新型專利M483393號,其利用阻隔板的頂板及偏折板產生大迴流,將油煙往內側及上部推進,但是推進力量在中間部份即減弱,因此油煙很難完全限制在左、右阻隔板內,所以油煙仍會從爐具的前方及後方飄散,造成前述種種問題。此外,此習知結構採固定式的左、右阻隔板,不僅較不美觀,亦會妨礙使用者的烹飪動作。
  第二種先前技術如我國新型專利公告582530號,其主要是在爐具周邊設置一噴氣流排放裝置,可在爐具與排油煙機之間形成一氣牆,可將內外空氣分離,進而將油煙送至排油煙機之吸力範圍。但是爐具的後方無阻擋的結構,因此後方的圍牆及四周會造成油煙汙染問題,而且噴流氣體末端形成氣牆的推力不足,仍會造成油煙往四周飄散的情形。
  第三種先前技術如我國發明專利I375776號,其利用從中間往左右兩側傾斜的排煙機殼,使油煙朝向中間流動,進而由排煙口排出戶外。但是此習知結構之吸煙口至爐具的距離仍然太長,以致於排油煙機的排煙末端吸力不足,仍將造成油煙朝向四周飄散的情形。
  第四種先前技術如我國發明專利I361263號,其主要機構包括吹氣裝置、吸氣罩、長型抽氣端及長型吹氣端等,藉以在抽氣機運轉時,使長型抽氣端與長型吹氣端之間形成一個二維的斜向氣簾,以排除被包圍斜向單氣簾與牆之間的油煙,以降低污染物的散逸。但是該裝置後方的牆壁會造成嚴重的污垢汙染,且吹氣端所噴出的氣流流動後半段部分吹力亦不足,仍會造成油煙往四周飄散。

  為達前述目的,本創作提供一種氣罩導向之排油煙裝置,其與一爐具搭配設置,該排油煙裝置包括有:
  一排油煙機,其設於該爐具之上方;
  一噴氣環,其設於該爐具之周圍且包圍該爐具;該噴氣環設有至少一進氣口,且內部設有一流道,而該流道於該噴氣環之頂面設有複數出氣口;
  至少一送風機,其連接至該噴氣環之進氣口;該送風機可將氣流輸入該噴氣環,再由各該出氣口噴出而形成一環狀之氣牆;
  一可伸縮的罩體,其具有一連接端及一控制端,該連接端固接於該排油煙機,該控制端可經控制而朝該噴氣環方向軸向位移伸出,進而與該環狀之氣牆相互銜接而構成一用以引導油煙之通道。
  其中,該送風機有兩個,且分別設於排油煙機之兩側;該噴氣環之進氣口有兩個,而各該送風機分別以一送風管連接至各該進氣口。
  更進一步地,該罩體之連接端設有一固定部,用以將該罩體固定於該排油煙機上,且該罩體之控制端設有一把手。

  藉由上述結構,當該送風機5將氣流輸入該噴氣環3後,如第3、4圖所示,氣流自該噴氣環3之出氣口32噴出,由於各該出氣口32形成環形排列,而令該爐具1之周側產生一個無形的環形之氣牆6,藉此可隔絕該氣牆6內外之間的空間。另一方面,當該罩體4被拉下後,該罩體4與上述環形之氣牆6相互銜接,而可構成一用以引導油煙之通道,藉以將油煙引導至該排油煙機2。實際的使用上,當油煙於該爐具1上產生並上升後,其受到該氣牆6之拘束而無法朝旁側飄散,僅能沿著該氣牆6所形成之排煙通道朝上飄;接著進入該罩體4內後,受到該罩體4實體結構的拘束,更無法朝旁側飄散,最終則被排油煙機2吸入。
  而本創作之優點在於:
一、環境清潔衛生:由該罩體4及該氣牆6形成密閉的排煙通道,其對油煙的捕捉效率可達98%以上,因此廚房的牆壁、天花板、爐具、餐桌、櫥櫃及廚房其他設備大都不會沾染油汙,可維持整體環境的清潔乾淨及衛生。
二、保護人體健康:同上,由於油煙的捕捉效率高,故使用者於烹飪過程中不會吸入危害性油煙,避免危害人體健康。
三、延長爐具使用壽命:由於油煙的捕捉效率高,因此油煙或油漬不會噴濺到下方的爐具1,因此爐具1之使用壽命可有效延長,對使用者而言可減少重新購買爐具的成本。
四、操作簡單方便:使用者僅需將該罩體4拉下,即可銜接於該噴氣環3所產生之氣牆6而構成引導油煙的通道;另一方面,該氣牆6為無形之空氣所形成,因此無礙於使用者的烹飪動作,非常方便。
