The virtual touch lock of claim 1, wherein the latch device is to be mounted on a door, and the power supply unit is formed by a battery, and further comprising:
a receiver electrically connected to the power supply unit, the receiver being used to be mounted on the door;
a transmitter electrically connected to the power supply end, and the transmitter is to be mounted on a door frame that provides a door pivot connection;
When the door is open, the receiver is outside the transmitter's signal range, causing the receiver to not charge the power supply unit.
When the door is closed, the receiver is within the transmitter's signal range, causing the receiver to charge the power supply unit.
