Footwear with cushioning function

This creation is related to the structure of the footwear, especially a shoe with a cushioning function on the sole contact surface.

In daily life, a kind of slippers made of foamed material is commonly used. As shown in Fig. 9, it has a pad body 4 which is injected into a mold by plastic and is formed into a large matrix by a foaming process. Cut and formed by a cutting process. The pad body 4 has a top surface 41 for the user's foot to step on. The top surface 41 is formed by a special cutting method to form a wavy concave and convex pattern 42 in order to obtain a cushioning effect. However, with the above structure, the buffering effect obtained is limited.
In addition, in the above-mentioned conventional cushion structure, since a large number of minute air holes 43 are generated inside the structure in the foaming process, these air holes 43 become a place for hiding dirt, and it is difficult to be stuck after sewage or dirt is caught. It is removed by the cleaning means, and the odor is generated over a long period of time, causing problems in hygiene and comfort in use.
In view of this, how to improve the above problems is the primary issue that the creative office wants to solve.

  一墊體,其以軟質發泡材料製成;該墊體具有一供腳掌踩踏之頂面,該頂面凹設有複數個相互交錯之溝槽,令該頂面區隔形成有複數個凸塊;

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2, which show the cushioning function of the sole contact surface provided by the creation, which comprises a cushion body 1 made of a soft foaming material, which is injected with plastic. After the mold, a mother body is formed through a foaming process, and the mother body is cut into a sheet-shaped sheet body through a cutting process. The pad body 1 has a top surface 11 for the sole of the foot to be stepped on, and can be used as an insole as shown in Fig. 1 for placing inside the shoe 15, or as an insole as shown in Fig. 2, at the top The face 11 is provided with a chevron belt 12 for use as a slipper.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the pad body 1 is sliced on the top surface 11 by cutting means, so that the top surface 11 is formed with a plurality of mutually interlaced grooves 2, thereby The top surface 11 is partitioned by the grooves 2 to form a plurality of bumps 13. In the present embodiment, the shape of the grooves 2 depends on the tool to be sliced. Here, for example, each groove 2 can form a rectangular shape with the bottom portion 21A as shown in FIG. The groove, or the bottom portion 21B as shown in Fig. 6 is a groove of a tapered surface, or the bottom portion 21C as shown in Fig. 7 is a groove of a curved surface, or the bottom portion 21D as shown in Fig. 8 is a trapezoidal plane groove. In the present embodiment, each of the grooves 2 intersects perpendicularly, so that the bumps 13 on the top surface 11 form a square shape. Accordingly, since the area of each of the bumps 13 is smaller than that of the entire top surface 11, when the soles of the feet are stepped on the respective bumps 13, the pressure is increased, so that the bumps 13 are more likely to be deformed. Good cushioning effect. In addition, each of the grooves 2 also serves as a guide. When the water is sprayed on the top surface 11, the grooves 2 can serve as drainage channels to guide the water out, thereby keeping the mat 1 dry.
In addition, the present invention is further provided with a protective layer 3 for the pad body 1, wherein the protective layer 3 is formed on the pad body 1 by coating or impregnating with a protective glue to provide a protective effect. The protective layer 3 covers at least the top surface 11; in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the protective layer 3 covers only the top surface 11, wherein the protective layer 3 is along each of the trenches 2 and The surface of the bumps 13 is distributed and does not fill the trenches 2. The protective layer 3 can create a separation function. In detail, the protective layer 3 separates the user's sole from the pad body 1. Since the cushion body 1 is made of plastic foam, a plurality of pores 14 are formed in its inherent structure. In the conventional structure, the sole of the foot directly contacts the cushion body, and the pores are easily absorbed by sweat or dirt. Produces the disadvantage of being odorous. However, the present invention covers the top surface 11 by the protective layer 3 to separate the foot and the pad body 1. The pores 14 located on the top surface 11 will be closed by the protective layer 3, so that it cannot absorb sweat or The dirt, in turn, solves the aforementioned odor problem.
However, the disclosure of the above embodiments is intended to illustrate the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, so the replacement of equivalent elements should still be within the scope of this creation.
In summary, it can be made clear to the skilled person that the creation can achieve the aforementioned objectives, and it has already met the requirements of the Patent Law and submitted an application according to law.
