Description

伸縮式窗簾軌道
本創作為一種伸縮式窗簾軌道，特別係指一種可使窗簾組在安裝上更方便及快速之軌道結構。
按一般窗簾組安裝於窗戶上方壁面時，通常利用安裝軌道供窗簾組(包含捲簾器、滾筒、布簾面)預先組裝在安裝軌道上，再利用固定扣片扣固該安裝軌道，而鎖固於窗戶上方壁面，提供窗簾之遮陽效果；此外，為使窗簾組隱藏得以提昇美感，傳統的安裝軌道會在前端一體延伸有一片飾面板，用以裝飾窗簾組。
然而，因為飾面板與安裝軌道為一體結構，在安裝上的操作空間，僅能由安裝軌道的下方空間及側邊空間進行安裝，不但礙手礙腳外，狹窄的空間使窗簾組更不容易安裝，影響安裝速度。
本創作係提供一種窗簾伸縮軌道，主要利用軌道主體形成之銜接端，可供一飾面板結合一個以上之銜接座所形成之延伸端彼此相互銜接，產生可伸縮之組接型態，以向內縮合或向外展開而調整飾面板與軌道主體之銜接寬度，除可因應不同大小尺寸之窗簾組加以裝設外，更可藉由飾面板可拆卸之結構型態，提供軌道主體較大之裝設空間，使窗簾組之安 裝更為簡便、快速。
為達成前述創作目的，本創作所提供之窗簾伸縮軌道，主要包含：一軌道主體，包含一水平板及一垂直板、設於水平板上端供固定扣片扣接之兩扣固牆、一設於水平板前端之銜接端以及設於垂直板供斑馬簾簾布一端固置之容置槽，該水平板前端之銜接端更包含凸伸之擋板，該擋板端面更設有齒紋所構成；一個以上之銜接座，係結合於軌道主體銜接端，包含水平板及垂直板，該水平板具有上下擋板，該上擋板更設有配合齒接銜接端之齒紋，該垂直板用以卡接其飾面板；一飾面板，包含一飾板及一延伸端，該飾板上更形成一供裝飾板容設之容置槽，該延伸端係由飾板上方處垂直延伸，其底面形成有一供銜接座垂直板嵌合側蓋蓋合之卡置槽，利用軌道主體銜接端經銜接座與飾面板延伸端相互銜接產生可伸縮之組接型態，以向內縮合或向外展開而調整飾面板與軌道主體之銜接寬度，可因應不同大小尺寸之窗簾組方便快速組裝。

請參閱第1、2圖所示，本創作主要包含一軌道主體1及一個以上銜接座2及一飾面板3，其中該軌道主體1具有一垂直板10及一水平板11，於垂直板10後方形成一供斑馬簾簾布容置之容置槽100；該水平板11上方凸設有兩扣固牆110、111，用以供固定扣片扣固結合，而水平板11下方則一體形成一透空空間112，又水平板11前端凸伸則形成為一銜接端113，該銜接端凸設有一擋板114，該擋板114端面另形成有齒紋115，用以配合銜接座2之結合；該銜接座2，係結合於軌道主體1銜接端113，包含水平板20及垂直板21，該水平板具有上、下擋板200、201，該上擋板200更設有配合齒接銜 接端之齒紋202，該垂直板21用以卡接於飾面板3；該飾面板3，包含一飾板30及一延伸端31，該飾板30上更形成一供裝飾板容設之容置槽300，該延伸端31係由飾板30上方處垂直延伸，其底面形成有一供銜接座2垂直板21嵌合之卡置槽32；透過上述軌道主體1與飾面板2經銜接座2相互插接齒合，獲得一個可伸縮寬度之軌道結構(如第2、3圖)。
裝設時(參閱第4圖)，以本創作之軌道結構，供窗簾組固定架4鎖固在一起後，再以窗簾組固定架4之透孔40，供捲收器5以扣塊50扣接組合而一併固設在軌道下方空間，當窗簾組已安裝在軌道下方空間後，其側邊另以飾面板3結合銜接座2直接扣合(如第5圖)，藉以完成窗簾組之組配(如第6圖)供窗簾布面6安裝在窗簾組上，最後再以固定扣片60扣接於水平板11上方之兩扣固牆110、111，利用固定元件61將固定扣片60鎖固在窗戶62的上方牆面63進行遮陽效果操作(參閱第7、8圖)。
參閱第9圖所示，當欲安裝較大窗簾組時，運用軌道主體1及飾面板3組合後產生之可伸縮型態結構，將飾面板3向外拉伸，使軌道主體1與飾面板3組合後之包覆空間變大，即可供較大尺寸之窗簾組加以裝設。而第10圖所示，則係本創作調整限制圖，利用一調整螺絲64螺合於軌道主體1上，以凸伸於外之長度限制飾面板2之調整長度。
為因應斑馬簾之微調裝設，參閱第11圖所示，本創作於軌道主體1垂直板10後方容置槽100嵌合一個以上的掛架7，該掛架7上端設有與容置100嵌合之嵌板70，嵌板70上設有卡齒700，方便 卡固於容置槽100內，而掛架7下端則有形成可供轉桿71容置之掛板72，並配合一塞柱73防止轉桿71於掛板72內滾動，可獲得定位之效果(如第12圖)。
裝設班馬簾時(參閱第13圖至第15圖)，先使掛架7結合於軌道主體1後，再令斑馬簾布面74組配於轉桿71上，隨即安裝窗簾組配件於軌道主體1下方，完成斑馬簾之組裝；若欲微調斑馬簾布面74兩布面之間距，僅需調動轉桿71即可微調布面上下(如第15圖)。
參閱第16圖所示，係本創作供一般捲簾安裝之實施例，主要利用一固定螺絲8由下往上穿過軌道主體1螺固一固定架80，該固定架80外側另以一轉盤81穿設，用以結合捲簾滾筒，其結合步驟(參閱第17圖)係將固定螺絲8鬆脫，令固定架80可向外移開，使產生一容置空間，再將捲簾滾筒82向上移動定位後(參閱第18圖)，以轉盤81之結合柱83組接捲簾滾筒82，利用轉盤81控制微調窗簾布面(參閱第19圖)，達到調整之目的。

Claims (1)

  1. 一種窗簾伸縮軌道，包括：一軌道主體，包括一水平板及一垂直板和一設於水平板前端之銜接端；該水平板上端另一體延伸有兩扣固牆，用以供固定扣片藉以固置於牆面；一個以上銜接座，用以銜接軌道主體及飾面板，包含一水平板及一垂直板，該水平板係結合其軌道主體銜接端，而垂直板則用以嵌合其飾面板；以及一飾面板，包含一飾板及一延伸端，該延伸端係由飾板上端垂直延伸，包含一卡置槽，用以供銜接座垂直板，相互銜接結合為一體。
