Description

簡易防震燈座
本新型為一種燈座,係指結合照明燈具的簡易防震燈座。
燈具為一種提供照明功能的裝置且其應用的範圍相當廣泛,如裝設於室內空間的日光燈、裝設於室外的路燈或是裝設於車輛上的照明燈具等,各類型之燈具會依據不同之使用環境而有相對應的安裝方式,如日光燈及路燈為設置在固定地點的照明工具,而車用之照明燈具通常具有可拆卸之特性,因此,一般會於照明燈具上設置一連接支架,藉由該連接支架將照明燈具固設在車輛的頂面上,然而,現有之連接支架與照明燈具之間大多為不易分離的連接方式,且現有連接支架的構造複雜,當拆卸照明燈具後,會因連接支架與照明燈具的體積龐大而不易收納,此外,現有之連接支架的防震能力並不佳,於長久的晃動搖擺下易造成照明燈具的損壞。
有鑑於前述的現有技術之連接支架的缺點,本新型提供一種簡易防震燈座,以達到易於拆卸分離及防震之目的。
本新型解決現有技術問題所提出的簡易防震燈座,其包含: 一安裝架,其設有一支撐板、一避震片及一第一鎖固件,該支撐板設有一定位孔及兩延伸片體,該定位孔縱向貫穿該支撐板中段部的頂面及底面,該兩延伸片體分別成形在該支撐板的頂面兩端,該避震片設置在該支撐板的底面上,該避震片設有一連通孔,該連通孔對應連通該支撐板之定位孔,該第一鎖固件穿透該定位孔及避震片的連通孔以鎖固該支撐板及該避震片;以及 一固定架,設置在該安裝架上且設有一承載板、一軟性板及一第二鎖固件,該承載板為內凹的弧形板體且設有一鎖合部及一卡合部,該鎖合部成形在承載板的底面且設置在該支撐板的兩延伸片體間,該卡合部成形在該承載板遠離該鎖合部的一端,該軟性板設置在該承載板的頂面上且包覆該卡合部,該第二鎖固件分別穿透及鎖固該兩延伸片體及該鎖合部。
本新型之簡易防震燈座,主要係利用承載板之卡合部卡接在外接燈具上,並以該軟性板鋪設於承載板及外接燈具之間,透過軟性板的緩衝特性,可避免因外力晃動而使該外接燈具與承載板產生碰撞,且本新型之安裝架只需藉由一鎖固件的使用,即可達到鎖固定位之目的,進一步,本新型之簡易防震燈座與外接燈具為透過卡固的方式進行連接,故具有容易拆卸收納之優點。
以下配合圖式及本新型之較佳實施例,進一步闡述本新型為達成預定新型目的所採取之技術手段。
請參閱圖1所示,本新型之簡易防震燈座包含一安裝架10及一固定架20。
請參閱圖1及圖2所示,前述之安裝架10設有一支撐板11、一避震片12及一第一鎖固件13,該支撐板11為U形板體且設有一定位孔111及兩延伸片體112,該定位孔111縱向貫穿該支撐板11中段部的頂面及底面,該兩延伸片體112分別朝上凸設成形在該支撐板11中段部的兩相對側面而位在該定位孔111的兩側,各延伸片體112設有一橫向貫穿成形之夾固孔1121,且該兩延伸片體112的夾固孔1121直線相對,該避震片12為彈性材質且設置在該支撐板11的底面,該避震片12設有一連通孔121,該連通孔121對應連通該支撐板11之定位孔111,該第一鎖固件13穿設於該定位孔111及該避震片12的連通孔121中,並套接螺帽以鎖固該支撐板11及該避震片12。
前述之固定架20設置在該安裝架10上且設有一承載板21、一軟性板22及一第二鎖固件23,該承載板21為一頂面內凹的弧形板體,該承載板21設有一鎖合部211、一卡合部212及兩第一連接孔213,該鎖合部211橫向成形在該承載板21的底面且設置在該支撐板11的兩延伸片體12間,該鎖合部211設有一貫穿兩端之鎖合孔2111,該鎖合孔2111分別直線相對兩延伸片體112之夾固孔1121,該卡合部212成形在該承載板21遠離該鎖合部211的頂端,較佳的是,該卡合部212為一延伸成形的卡合塊,該兩第一連接孔213貫穿成形在該承載板21靠近該鎖合部211的底端,該軟性板22卡合貼靠在該承載板21的頂面上,且該軟性板22設有兩貫穿成形之第二連接孔221及一彎曲部222,該兩第二連接孔221分別對應該兩第一連接孔213,該彎曲部222成形在軟性板22相對於該第一連接孔221的另一端,該彎曲部222包覆卡接該卡合部212,使該軟性板22貼附於該承載板21的頂面,該第二鎖固件23分別穿透兩夾固孔1121及該鎖合孔2111,並套接螺帽於該第二鎖固件23以鎖固該固定架20。
請參閱圖1至圖4所示,本新型之簡易防震燈座為結合一照明燈具30,該照明燈具30設有數個長度不一的散熱片31及數個鎖固孔32,該數個散熱片31橫向且間隔成形在該照明燈具30的後壁面上,該數個散熱片31之側面排列成一弧形外觀,該軟性板22抵靠該照明燈具30且該彎曲部222及承載板21之卡合部212卡接在該照明燈具之30兩相鄰散熱片31的間隔內,該軟性板22鋪設於該承載板21與照明燈具30之間,以提供一緩衝防震效果,該數個鎖固孔32設置在該照明燈具30的底面且對應軟性板22之第二連接孔221,兩第三鎖固件40分別穿透兩第一穿恐213及兩第二連接孔221並鎖固在該鎖固孔32中,本新型透過該軟性板22的防震特性可避免該外接燈具30與承載板21產生碰撞損壞,本新型之安裝架10可藉由該第一鎖固件13的使用即可達到鎖固定位之目的,且與照明燈具30為透過卡固的方式連接,故具有容易拆卸收納之優點。
以上所述僅是本新型的較佳實施例而已,並非對本新型做任何形式上的限制,雖然本新型已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然而並非用以限定本新型,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本新型技術方案的範圍內,當可利用上述揭示的技術內容作出些許更動或修飾為等同變化的等效實施例,但凡是未脫離本新型技術方案的內容,依據本新型的技術實質對以上實施例所作的任何簡單修改、等同變化與修飾,均仍屬於本新型技術方案的範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種簡易防震燈座,其包含: 一安裝架,其設有一支撐板、一避震片及一第一鎖固件,該支撐板設有一定位孔及兩延伸片體,該定位孔縱向貫穿該支撐板中段部的頂面及底面,該兩延伸片體分別成形在該支撐板的頂面兩端,該避震片設置在該支撐板的底面上,該避震片設有一連通孔,該連通孔對應連通該支撐板之定位孔,該第一鎖固件穿透該定位孔及避震片的連通孔以鎖固該支撐板及該避震片;以及 一固定架,設置在該安裝架上且設有一承載板、一軟性板及一第二鎖固件,該承載板為內凹的弧形板體且設有一鎖合部及一卡合部,該鎖合部成形在承載板的底面且設置在該支撐板的兩延伸片體間,該卡合部成形在該承載板遠離該鎖合部的一端,該軟性板設置在該承載板的頂面上且包覆該卡合部,該第二鎖固件分別穿透及鎖固該兩延伸片體及該鎖合部。
  2. 如請求項1所述之簡易防震燈座,其中該承載板設有兩第一連接孔,該兩第一連接孔貫穿成形在該承載板靠近該鎖合部的一端,該軟性板設有一彎曲部及貫穿成形之兩第二連接孔,該彎曲部成形在軟性板相對於該第一連接孔的另一端,該彎曲部包覆該卡合部,該兩第二連接孔分別對應該承載板的兩第一連接孔。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之簡易防震燈座,其中該兩延伸片體分別朝上凸設成形在該支撐板中段部的兩相對側面且位在該定位孔的兩側,各延伸片體設有一橫向貫穿成形之夾固孔,該兩夾固孔直線相對。
  4. 如請求項3所述之簡易防震燈座,其中該鎖合部設有一貫穿兩端之鎖合孔,該鎖合孔分別直線相對兩延伸片體之夾固孔,該第二鎖固件分別穿透兩夾固孔及該鎖合孔,並套接螺帽於該第二鎖固件以鎖固該固定架。
  5. 如請求項4所述之簡易防震燈座,其中該避震片為彈性材質。
