Claims (10)

  1. 一種感測模組，適用於一雷射模組，包括：一分光鏡，設置於一雷射光束之一光軸路徑上，用以使該雷射模組發射的該雷射光束形成一透射光與一反射光；以及一光感測器，設置於該雷射光束之該光軸路徑以外的位置，其中，該光感測器感測該雷射光束而轉換為一電氣訊號，藉以產生一迴授信號給該雷射模組。
  2. 如請求項第1項所述之感測模組，其中該分光鏡係由兩個三稜鏡組成。
  3. 如請求項第2項所述之感測模組，其中該兩個三稜鏡的斜面之間透過塗佈一塗料，以黏合形成一立方體結構。
  4. 如請求項第1項所述之感測模組，其中該光感測器為一發光二極體(Photo diode)。
  5. 如請求項第2項所述之感測模組，其中該三稜鏡為一金字塔型的稜鏡。
  6. 一種雷射裝置，包括：一雷射模組，包括：一發光單元，該發光單元用以產生一雷射光；一控制單元，電性連接該發光單元，以調整該雷射光的強度；以及一透鏡，用以將該雷射光聚集集中以形成一雷射光束；一感測模組，包括： 一分光鏡，設置於一雷射光束之一光軸路徑上，用以使該雷射模組發射的一雷射光束形成一透射光與一反射光；以及一光感測器，設置於該雷射光束之該光軸路徑以外的位置，用以感測該雷射光束而轉換為一電氣訊號，藉以產生一迴授信號；其中，該雷射模組之該控制單元根據該迴授信號對應調整該雷射光的強度。
  7. 如請求項第6項所述之雷射裝置，其中該分光鏡係由兩個三稜鏡組成。
  8. 如請求項第7項所述之雷射裝置，其中該兩個三稜鏡的斜面之間透過塗佈一塗料，以黏合形成一立方體結構。
  9. 如請求項第6項所述之雷射裝置，其中該發光單元為一雷射二極體(Laser Diode)。
  10. 如請求項第7項所述之雷射裝置，其中該三稜鏡為一金字塔型的稜鏡。
